Clean, good quality

We chose the hotel specifically for parking issues- and when we areived at the hotel the staff at the reception- let alone helping us with where and how to park he sent me to grab my bags and we entered the parking lot w regular parking ticket- which apparently had to be changed at the hotel reception w another ticket that they had to give to us. So after parking our car we had to go again, take our car and reenter the parking w the hotel’s ticket. It might not have been such a hassle if only the gentleman at the reception was more explanatory.. there was a concert right by the hotel and the parking lot’s entrance was detoured as well..

We got a nice room upgrade to ocean view. It was very quiet. Would stay again but not when the weather is hot.

Check if AC is on if the weather is hot. I am aware that European hotels turn AC off at a seasonal cut off date. The room was 26C that's 79 F. So hot. It was impossible to sleep without opening the windows. So the choice was get eaten by mosquitos or don't sleep. Got eaten by mosquitos as we had to open the window. Interstingly enough the AC was on in the lobby and in the hallways. Yes I did call down and ask the desk about the AC her response was "No madam, the AC is not on". There was no help offered in regards to cooling the room,even a fan would have been nice. Hotels always respond to these reviews but we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay just doesn't cut it for me.

The NH La Spezia Hotel was wonderful. It is conveniently located close to the port, in a quiet area yet within walking distance to the main strip, offering a serene yet connected experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of choices that catered well to different tastes. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended for its comfort and convenience.

While it's a bit far from the train station to Cinque Terre (20 minute walk), its proximity to the port provides other options for exploring cinque Terre (by ferry).

Good location for the shipyard for work. That aside all town attractions and shops within walking distance. Lovely staff and close to sea promenade. Nice bar and restaurant with top staff. Well done 👍

Wi-Fi absolutely rubbish, could not log into it for in room work, tried lobby but no joy. Off site car parking is ok but inconvenience when in my case having to secure tools of the trade. Bed a little on the hard side and bath water lukewarm.

The WiFi kept cutting in and out. We were on 3rd floor with a view room. We needed the wifi to check on certain things back home. Our business ect. Otherwise it would not have mattered. We were moved to another room for the inconvenience. And got resettled very quickly. The staff (Sonia) was very helpful. And the wifi worked perfectly in the new room.

it was clean, easy to get places whole bit. It was just we would definitely come back again.

it would’ve been great to have the shuttle just as part of it even if we had to pay a little bit more for the room, but every hour or so the shuttle runs the airport there and we could just jump on it instead of buying the tickets, cause we missed out a lot of things by waiting for the tickets

The room we originally got was made to look much better online than it was in real life. Once we upgraded, we were happier but the original room was surprisingly small. I was really impressed with the rooftop bar.

I did not like that we were not able to check in early or check out late at any point.

I was surprised to get a free upgrade and probably was the best room in the hotel, customer service was good

As good as the room was, the bed, however, was not up to standard at all. The bed did not feel like the quality one expects from a brand like NH. i could feel the springs of the bed throughout the night and i kept waking up.

Great view from the room (we booked a sea view). Smart, comfy, cosy room with smart bathroom including monsoon shower. Well placed table and chairs by the large window. We ordered room service from the restaurant (delicious) so we could enjoy the view all evening. Great breakfast buffet. Good location short walk from restaurants, shops etc

Helpful staff. The club sandwich we ordered to the room was amazing. Clean and spacious room.

Keep in mind there’s a short walk (1 minute) to the garage because it’s outside the hotel (it’s public). But they let you park the car at the spot right outside the hotel so you can unload your bags there. Overall it’s not a bad thing, just a nuance I’m letting you know beforehand.
