Very good location, 20 min walk to train station, even closer to the harbour. We liked the room - spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds. Super clean. Breakfast is ok, but you're in Italy so the food is great everywhere ;) we could leave our luggage on early arrival. Also, nice roof terrace. I'd choose the same hotel next time.

During the whole first day we had constant issues with room key - it worked for one use only, we were loosing electricity and it was very annoying. Also, the staff at the reception is not very helpful - we asked for additional blankets and had to remind them the next day, we asked if we can get breakfast box or a croissant due to early flight, they didn't know... eventually everything was sorted, but we needed to remind at the reception, wait, go back and forth with the keys etc. I think these are small things that should be taken care of before I give a 10.

Breakfast was nice my daughter liked it so much. The view from the rooftop is well appreciated. Staffs are really welcoming.

The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned very well every day. The hotel is a bit of an uphill walk and not exactly close to the train station, but having a view from your room is worth the effort. The staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet has quite a variety, and they had really delicious pistachio croissants :D

We stayed around the holiday of Ferragosto and the next day there was a short supply of certain foods at the breakfast buffet. I think this is understandable because of the holiday but also too bad for the guests that wanted to sleep in a bit and wake up to a limited breakfast buffet. However, the next day there was more than enough ;)

Distance to the main train station.

The staff working at the hotel are truly excellent. So welcoming and available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room was top class. V clean, tiled floors, large bathroom and comfy bed. The buffet breakfast has a great selection which will cater fir all needs. Location was ideal, 10 min walk from town centre and directly across the road from waterfront, which is an amazing place to walk and soak up La Spezia atmosphere. I felt it was great value for my money, a practically new hotel, great location and great staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing. It's just a pity it hasn't got a gym or pool, then it would be top of the class.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was good but you have to make aure you go down at 7am otherwise you risk missing out of certain items as they did not get replenished.

The location from station and it was a little isolated for walking back to at night. I was aware of these things when I booked but the value for money made these acceptable compromises.

it felt like home. The room was so clean comfortable and its was like i mm in my own home. Excellent room for solo traveler like me i dont say that much cause it was so amazing stay.

I don’t complain cause i see that everyone and everything was perfect and snooth for me. Thanks to the staff who’s good and well professional! Also to the man who speak to me in tagalog He alsways using Clients name which is so Etiquette and well done! Kudos to you but i Forget his Name.

The hotel was nice. AC in the room, perfect for sleeping in the summer months. Short walk to the pier & restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Very easy to communicate with. Beautiful city to walk around in. 5 minute drive back to the train station via taxi, about 10€.

No Uber. Couldn't get a cab from the train station to our hotel. So we walked. About 25 minutes, which wasn't bad, but after a long trip, you want to get to your hotel, & not dragging suitcases through town. Many restaurants don't open til after 7pm. The food was good, but at $70 Canadian for 2 small bowls of pasta & 5 slices of bread, excessively priced.

Great location just above La Spezia old town and by the new cathedral. Easy roadside parking just by the hotel. Comfortable room with good bathroom. Really great, helpful staff. Perfect place to stay for a boat or train visit to the Cinque Terre. Just 15 minutes walk from the Harbour and about 10 minutes from the old town for restaurants etc. Great!

Only downside was noisy air-conditioning in the room but it worked and made the temperature pleasant if still a bit warm for us.

Room was amazing. We got the room on the 1st floor (14) which had the private patio. The size of the patio was huge, the views of the seas were really good. All of the furniture was so nice. The breakfast was delicious with hot eggs, sausage, juices, cappuccino / expresso, cereal, etc. Short walk to the main street where there was a grocery store. Overall, very great stay.
