The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to the beach, walking distance to gothic quarter and La Rambla. You won’t go wrong location wise. Staff is lovely, pool is very small but nice view of port.

Avoid room 1+2. I got told when I arrive that I got an upgrade. This was a lie. It’s located next to the 2 reception toilets and right beside reception. There is staff 24/7 so all night I heard them chat at reception, to guests, people coming for breakfast, people going to the public toilet at reception… avoid ..

This hotel was incredible! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and every part of the hotel was stunning. Claudia one of the staff went out of her way to provide excellent custom recommendations for food and activities. Everyone said hello even the cleaners and everyone was smiling. The service at the rooftop bar was exemplary and the view was amazing. The location was percect a short walk to the gothic quarter and key things like Casa Battlo and the Picasso Museum. Over a month travelling through europe this hotel and the staff were the highlight of our travels. Loved every part of it!

This hotel was In the perfect location, it was close to alot of main places like barcenoleta beach, Las ramblas and close to the Metro for getting around. The breakfast was great as it had a buffet and you could order from the a la Carte menu! The belgian waffles were my fave! Also the rooftop pool was nice to relax, and had an amazing view of the port. It had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They're wasn't anywhere to hang or put my clothes in our bedroom, only a few pegs by the door but would have been nice to have some hangers/wardrobe space etc

We loved staying at this hotel for our last four nights in Europe. Our room was spacious, clean and relaxing, with separate shower, toilet and vanity areas. The rooftop bar was generous, with many seating options, both in the sun and undercover, and a fabulous view of Port Vell. There was also a pool in the space too. Staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location near marina and gothic area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great breakfast. Lovely check in process with Cava on arrival. Nice bathroom. Loved the complimentary desert platter on the first night. Nice coffee station

Room was very small and view was really bad. You look into the room opposite you with no natural light into the room. We had to keep curtains drawn all the time as the couple in the room opposite ours had their curtains open and was very exposed. Also very limited space for two people’s luggage

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast while very expensive was excellent. It was great being near the water. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby including the excellent 7 Portes. The hop on hop off bus was very close. It was nice having the shower separate from the sink and toilet. Nice to have the in room coffee.

The room that we had booked only looked into an interior courtyard which had a roof on it so you couldn't see outside at all. There was a rainstorm outside and my mom in the room didn't even know it had happened due to this. Having said this, we knew that it looked out into an interior courtyard (although we didn't know it would have a roof). There are other rooms available at a higher price which have much better views I'm sure, including water views according to the website.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near the beach. The rooftop bar was lovely and it was great to be able to emerse yourself in cold water on a hot day and then sit and have a relaxing drink. We also appreciated the free water in the room and that the toiletries provided were not single use plastic.

The distance between the end of the bed and the wall was minimal and made the room feel a little small. We also had one of the rooms in the middle of the building so we had to keep the sheer curtains across as otherwise we were overlooked. However neither of these things bothered us as we were out and about so much or on the rooftop.

Great location, the pool and the gym on the roof terrace, the views from the pool and breakfast was great with wide selection and super delicious dessert variety changing daily and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Welcome fruit platter and biscuits were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

Loud AC turning on and off during the night to maintain the right temperature was unfortunately disturbing our sleep and the fact we got 2 single beds put together instead of 1 large bed wasn’t ideal either as the beds were sliding apart creating gap in the middle.

The hotel was smaller than I expected. Nice and modern in a beautiful area across from the marina. Great location. Staff were friendly at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast was expensive per person. My breakfast was not included in the price. The food was very good. The hotel was quiet, which was good. The rooftop area was beautiful and very quiet. Lovely views of the marina and a lovely area to relax and chill out. Bar food was good, too.

Some of the staff on the rooftop bar could have been more friendly. I was at my friends 50th birthday party gathering. She paid for the venue, food, and drinks up to a certain time, but they requested payment for the drinks straight away and in front of all her guests. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing for her. Also, the rooftop bar and hotel bar closed at 11pm.

Location was good for access to Las Ramblas market and the Gothic Square. Front desk attendants were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, however, we appreciated that pastry and cookies were placed in the lobby every evening so we had something to eat with our expresso when we awoke in the morning. We did sit down for breakfast one morning but were in a hurry and it seemed as though we had to wait too long before anyone attended to us so we simply left. Room was comfy and quiet.

Maid service was just OK. We had to call several times as the maid did not replace our dirty towels and our complimentary expresso.
