The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Food selections were plentiful, nicely presented and the dining area was spotlessly clean. Our room was clean, adequately sized and brightly lit. Bed was comfy. Also liked the high quality restaurant next to the Inn.

The location of the Inn was in a high traffic area not even close to Burlington. Difficult to get in and out of the parking area due to backed up traffic.

We found the hotel to be an excellent choice for our trip to the Burlington area. The staff was both efficient and at the same time friendly. The room was an upgrade because we are Hilton members. The room was bright and comfortable. The facility offers an expansive assortment for the included breakfast - Eggs, Sausage, Waffles,, Fruit, Yogurt and Cereal. The variety is broad enough to appeal to everyone. We enjoyed our stay.

We only founf one thing that we were not used to - the bathroom sink. The sink is Very Small and it makes it hard to wash your face without bumping your head on the shelf. I would describe this sink as a Design Flaw.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff members were super helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good and kids friendly. Our first night we got the first room next to the reception and had some noise issues with the ice machine and the heater inside the room was extremely noisy as well but once I brought this up to the person at the reception, they immediately changed us to another room. Service was impeccable all the way.

The representatives are professional, pleasant, and helpful. I received messages asking about my stay and if we needed anything. They did wait until after the stay, and that is commendable. The proximity to the airport was a bonus. Costco is very, very close for buying school items. It is a quite peaceful environment. Breakfast was simple but filling and a little variety each morning.

Good location and new facility. Very comfortably situated. Plenty of “free” space in common areas. Breakfast was fresh and hot, and offered choices without being overwhelming.

The house has a curious relationship with what they call “stay over” housekeeping. Enough supplies such as towels and coffee are provided for exactly two people for one night. Supplies for a second night were requested at the front desk in the morning, but we did not find them in our room when we returned at the end of the afternoon. We asked for them again, and were assured they would be brought up while we were out for the evening. We found towels, and coffee but no cups. A third request resulted in a special delivery of exactly two cups and two creamer packets. Since there is no discount for additional nights, this seemed like the opposite of common hospitality.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was friendly. Good location. The hotel overall is nice and updated. Great for families. They are very accommodating.

Pillows and bed were not very comfortable. Pillows were so soft that it was like not having a pillow at all. The sofa bed was not made up, had to ask for a pillow and sheets for it. Noticed several little things in the room…a lot of dust behind the entry door, brown splatter spots on the bathroom ceiling and the sheer curtain on the window was shredded like a cat had gotten ahold of it. The little things are just the details that I think are important for cleanliness.

Lovely room with large bathroom and table & 2 chairs. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Great location with plenty of parking. Also had a good breakfast, lots of choices and a working toaster!

Truly nothing, maybe it’s a little pricey and the only working ice machine was on the main floor

Nice breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and close to highway.

Had an issue with our booking - we booked for five people but when we got there, there was only room for four. They had to force a small fold up bed into the room which was already cramped.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating, checking in and out was fast and simple. Coffee and tea at all hours - a real plus. Breakfast was very good with many options for the kids as well. Beds were large and clean. Bathroom - clean.

The breakfast area was too small to handle as many guests as there were at the same time. Bathroom - no inside heating fan\lamp. Water pressure in the shower was low.

The staff was great breakfast was great. Beds need a little update but we had a very nice stay and the property was good location nice and a good value
