1) The location, if you come with a car. In February you can find a place easily. 3 supermarkets are in the near. 2) The region gives you a comfortable and safe feeling. 3) The Apartment is big. The balcony and roof terrace are huge. On our roof terrace depends you can see the ocean. 4) You can choose online check in or do it by reception. 5) The staff are friendly 6) the price is nice

In the cold season, the reception opens only until 17:00. But they will write you all details about how to find the keys and the apartment. It is not complex. In some rooms the WiFi not good. For the nice price, all these are not problem.

William on reception was very welcoming…told me places near for food shops etc …great to be able to use gates in and out … when reception closed… Bed very comfortable… Bed throw lovely and warm . ….nice touch there’s a small welcome tray in kitchen . Tea bags coffee water .etc . And starter cleaning items …everything in kitchen cubboards. Kettle toaster Microwave …. Had issue with bedroom patio lock . Was reported to reception on my way out … it was repaired on my return.

Weather wasn’t very good .apartment was bit chilly…. Air on/heater not hot. TV only Spanish channels…..

Great location for me ..as my friends live a short walk from your apartments . The ground apartment was cool. The pool was fab. The staff were just perfect and very welcoming...most especially your youngest man who was so friendly and helpful . It was a bit of a hike up and downhill...but not expensive for a taxi. X

The hike up and downhill...but it was good exercise ....and it had been exceptionally hot weather for a few days. I like a bath...so was disappointed that my bath was in bad condition. The general floors, kitchen , bathroom patio, walls etc needed to be updated and re- painted. But it wasn't too expensive either .

The apartment was very spacious which was great for us with 3 children. The sofa bed was very big and easily fitted 2 of the 3 children on plus there was a twin room. The balcony was a great size and a lovely sun trap in the afternoon & I can imagine the roof leading off the spiral steps it’s great for sun bathing in the summer. We didn’t realise the pool was open during the winter or we’d have brought our swimwear but we know for next time. A nice selection or bars and restaurants just a short walk away & a bit further down was the board walk along the beach which was beautiful on New Years Day in the warm sun. We’re from the UK but live in Gibraltar and wanted a couple of nights away to celebrate New Years and our son’s birthday, it was perfect for us.

It was cold at night and could do with duvets rather than blankets for the beds. There was only 2 heaters but we could’ve done with 3 as we were a family of 5 and slept in all the rooms but that would be my only grumble. Also if you’re elderly or not great with steps this room wouldn’t be great for you as it’s up quite a few flights of stairs.

The property was perfect ,spacious And clean .The staff wear amazing and so welcoming and friendly ,patient.I always pay for 5stars accommodation thinking it will always be better ! However in this case I was wrong and this hotel apartment exceed my expectations and provided a great holiday family experience for all of us .The rooms where big and clean and the WiFi worked everywhere in the resort at all time .

The only thing was which they did mention in the advert that there was no air conditioning in each room.Which made sleeping a little uncomfortable at times .

The gentleman at the reception was very warm and friendly. He helped us a lot by thoroughly explain the hotel and the surroundings. He has made us feel at home. The apartment was big with 2 nice sized rooms. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night so one can sleep very well. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to have it if a family arrive with children and they need to cook. Nice nice living room leading to a large terrace which has the lovely pool view. We love this place and its people, highly recommend!

The apartment was very big and had plenty of space, a great sized balcony. We cooked some nights and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful our cooker didn't work the one night and they got it fixed the next day. We found a supermarket called Carrefour Market that was a 20min walk. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great it had a lifeguard every day. Plenty of Sunbeds with parasol never needed to fight over the Sunbeds didn't matter what time of day you went. Great location for bars and restaurants. I would recommend the slow boat chinese, bogart's tapas. I would say it has a romantic setting. La Estancia steak cooked to perfection! And dessert was very tasty. La pala d'Oro Riviera Italian with a rooftop bar the pizza was fresh and hot. Plenty of bars along the beach Max's beach was my favourite for cocktails and a beautiful view of the sea. I would definitely stay here again.

It would be great if the on site bar was open to serve drinks and food.

Well maintained pools, spotless grounds, the cleaning staff was accommodating and exceptional. Every time that we go there, the reception staff exceeds expectations. We stayed for 4 weeks under 4 separate bookings however they were kind enough to keep us in the same unit. They always remember us from previous years and they make us feel like part of the community.

They upgraded us to a double room apartment which was really nice. Rooms are big. Double bed is small but comfortable. Near Av. De España where you have some restaurants and small supermarkets.

You can tell the building is old. A few renovations would be nice. We visited the place in low season so the game room was not open. The reception works only until 17:00. They didn’t charge us for the Wifi but it looked like they do in high season. The drain smelled very (very!) bad. We could not enjoyed the terrace as much as we wanted because of the smell.

Check in was straight forward with clear email Instructions on how to obtain keys for a late check in. Clear and concise communication. Property has a great shop, lovely pool and surroundings were excellent. Apartment far bigger than anticipated, giving plenty of Privacy and space. Great area with plenty of bars and eating places nearby.
