The rooms are massive, as is the bathroom. My only dislike was my room smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking room, but otherwise the room was great - as we're the staff. Reception also offered for housekeeping to come to my room to try and get rid of the smell

We had a wonderful family holiday at Velero. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, with delicious food, spacious rooms, and a spotless environment. Renato truly stood out!!! he was absolutely exceptional! It’s rare to meet someone so cheerful, polite, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their work. He went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful for his kindness and selflessness. On the other hand, the reception staff could do better!. A simple smile goes a long way! cheerfulness is essential in customer service, and it really makes a difference in a guest’s experience in my opinion.

The staff at the reception didn't seem that enthusiastic. Poor rapport, they could barely even smile!

We had a big problem, I booked a room in this hotel on same day, we I arrived at 11:00 pm to check in, they told me the rooms are fully booked, I showed they the confirmation booking of this site but they told me it was booking.com fault, not ours. Either the fault was from the hotel or the website, they had to do something about it because its not the customer’s mistake after all. Unfortunately they did not do anything to help my situation. So I tried to book a room in another hotel and i had been calling several hotels for several hours to find just 1 room to get my wife rest but they were fully booked, my wife had to sleep in the car to 4 am until I finally found room in a very far away place.

I loved the absolutely beautiful interior of the property, its location was so close to Place Vendome Mall which has amazing shops and restaurants. It also has dancing fountains with a laser theme to it. This is a 10 minute walk max. The hotel is close to the Lusail Football Ground. A local convenience store is in the next building. Ideal for snacks and fruit etc. a wide array of breakfast was available. The staff were the best. They carried the whole stay. Especially Hamza who is the night supervisor and Hakim in concierge. Hakim arranged our wheelchair taxis throughout our trip. This was not easy as the availability of these taxis are scarce.

The swimming pool isn't wheelchair accessible but i was promised this will be resolved very soon.

breakfast is delicious and variety of Arabic and Western cuisine. room is neat, tidy, and beautiful. sofa inside the lift which is very helpful. check-in was easy. staff was friendly and helpful. and there is a huge Velero mall beside the hotel.

I recently stayed at Velero Hotel in Lusail City, Qatar for 3 nights and I must say it was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it provided a much-needed break from the busy city life. The room I stayed in, which was room number 1104, was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breathtaking view from my room added to the overall ambiance and made my stay even more enjoyable. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Mainuddin. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Velero Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The hotel staff made my stay truly memorable and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Room we reserved was not available. They said you need to wait till rooms become available or pay for higher room! She didn’t upgraded the room till we paid double prices for each night!
