Every single staff member always had a smile on their face and ready to help. The rooms are clean and the property is fairly quiet. There were a TON of families with children staying here as well. This made me feel safe and the noise levels were still low at night! I was never disturbed when I did not want to be and I was always helped when I needed it. There were no nickel and diming here and the parking is very easy and convenient. I highly recommend. The breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about but the coffee is decent!! A rarity and a blessing for free hotel coffee.

The first 2 nights, the sheets were extremely uncomfortable. They were rough and old with snags in fabric. However, when my room was cleaned on the third day, the sheets were perfect from there!! I was mis-informed and thought there was a bar/food on premise. There was not but there were a ton of places nearby and a nice recommendation list from hotel.

The desk in my room is not suitable for any real work. It was a tiny rollout and the chair was not suited to work. It was also a crammed space. The towels in the gym space had not been touched since I was there. The bin was full of used towels. It should be checked daily and cleaned up as needed.

Nothing at all as far as the food! The staff was very attentive, friendly & polite!

The breakfast was almost the worst I have ever had. The food options were very limited and served cold. I am not a fan of microwaving food that is coming out of a serving dish, not to mention the food safety concerns serving luke warm meat & eggs.

Very quiet and comfortable. I love that there's no carpet in the room. It's very minimalistic but still provides everything you need.

Although the room and facilities were very clean, our pillows and bedspread smelled like sweat. The cases and sheets were clean, I think it was the pillows themselves. Seems like since covid hotels have gotten away from washing pillows and bedspreads.

The Table football game is great. The breakfast is nice except it is only served till 9:00 AM. The 24 hrs coffee and hot chocolate are great.

It would be nice if the pool could be a little cleaner, the gym would have more equipment, and there would be one more chair in the room. When you return to the room, basically you can only sit on the bed.

Nothing really, my only problem was that housekeeping took a while to bring up extra towels. I had to go down to the front desk twice to let them know they still hadn’t come yet. But overall our stay was great!

Truly a wonderful experience. I felt incredibly safe and valued as a customer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Houston. Great location as well, super close to the Johnson Space Center.

The breakfast was very nice - good assortment of foods and beverages, pleasant atmosphere, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable, and we really lliked the soft pillows!

Could have used towel rack(s) in bathroom; and more washcloths. There were three of us, and we needed a few more face cloths.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and my family had fun with the games in the lobby! The staff was very helpful and accommodating!

The only thing I didn't like was that we only got to stay one night it was an incredible place and will definitely be back again!!
