The staff were very attentive, especially Patrícia, who spoke Portuguese and attended to us very well. The breakfast was very, very good and the views from the room, the pool and the restaurant were breathtaking!

The hotel should be "Adults Only". The pool, which is very small, was made for relaxing and enjoying the view, not for having children jumping around and causing water to overflow onto chairs and people lying down. This situation has become very unpleasant in numerous situations and has jeopardised the peace that should be felt in that space.

The staff were extremely helpful at the hotel. When we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade and an early check in. The room was lovely, very modern, big and clean. Particularly liked the bathroom. The best part of this hotel however was the restaurant for breakfast & dinner and the staff! The food was amazing as far as breakfasts in Italy go and the staff couldn’t do more to help you. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

I thought that the shuttle bus offered by the hotel was complimentary and was charged for this at the end of our stay unfortunately.

Probably the most spacious rooms, clean and excellent ocean facing views. We absolutely loved it with the early morning views and sunset. Extremely friendly staff. We had a hiccup with our rental car in Naples and the frontdesk provided us alternate suggestions. They helped book a ferry to Capri, have a shuttle service to the pier and thanks to their suggestions we could visit the excavations at herculenium since we had limited time. They have a nice pool in the top floor and an awesome breakfast included everyday. Their service was amazing and we will definitely stay their again. They are located in Maori which is less crowded compared to staying in other places on the Amalfi coast.

The view is great, day and night. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was fantastic. The sun deck is nice as is the pool, although it's not really suitable for swimming, just for cooling off and relaxing. The room was comfortable with a small balcony that caught the sun until sunset. The WiFi was very good and the staff were great (and very responsive on their WhatsApp channel).

Be sure to book into one of the restaurants early if you want to eat there. We didn't on the first night and were therefore unable to eat there, and we met people the following night who also missed out. They cater okay for gluten allergy but not as well as other hotels and restaurants nearby.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a superb view the breakfast is good location is convenient.

Tha place is very noisy due to a party venue in front of the hotel that kept us awake till 1 am in the morning every single night. The hotel closed the main terrace with pool for the hotel guests at 3 pm. I don’t think it is fair that paying guests cant use the hotel facilities they payed for without even been informed about the inconvenience in advance. But at least they agreed to postpone our check out time till 1 pm due to this matter.

This hotel was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 small kids). We'd done a lot of research about traveling with kids and decided that Maiori was best and this hotel was recommended by a few families and I can see why. However it's a luxury hotel so can also recommend for couples. The staff were very attentive to us and our children and nothing was too much trouble. They have a very useful shuttle (small fee) to the town and ferry which was available whenever we needed it. The food in the restaurant was good and they were able to accommodate my son's allergy. We weren't able to go to the fine dining restaurant but it looked stunning. The views are incredible and our room looked out over the ocean. This family room had separate rooms for us and the kids which we found hard to find in other areas nearby. For Amalfi coast, the price is reasonable. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool is small but refreshing and has a shallow ledge along one side to sit and admire the view.

This hotel is ADORABLE! Our room was BEAUTIFUL! The colors were amazing from the walls to the floor tiles. The balcony was gorgeous and the view was truly breathtaking. The location of the hotel was perfect and a short 5 minute walk into Maiori. We decided to just park with the hotel's valet and it was $20 day- not bad at all. The breakfast had so many options and was wonderful! I wish we would have had more time to spend here but the time we did have was incredible. We basically LIVED on our balcony because the view was just THAT amazing. It's also about an hour drive away from Positano (which I knew when booking) and we didn't mind!

I wish parking was included but at least it was reasonably priced.

This property is spectacular! The rooms are very clean and huge (we were upgraded). The staff were lovely and helpful. I feel like the pictures of the rooftop bar/dining/lounge areas and pool do not do this property justice, it was just gorgeous. We spent quite a bit of time in the afternoon sipping cocktails and watching the boats whizz past, it was just devine. Highly recommend for a couple. Only gripe was the pool shut too early at 6pm. Other than that it was great.

Loved the location. The rooms weren’t updated but didn’t matter bc they were comfortable and quiet. We had the best balcony view and plenty of room for our two young children. This was a fantastic hotel and we will definitely be back!

On our last day we asked if we could use the pool until we waited for our taxi at 2pm. Reception said yes but then we were approached a few times at the pool saying they would need to check if we could stay. We were paying for our drinks and not bothering anyone. It felt a bit off putting like we weren’t supposed to be there after we had just asked and paid so much money to stay.

All the staff were absolutely great! Very friendly We done the tasting course menu in the restaurant which is a MUST!! Antonella Letitia and Enzo were great in the restaurant!! Room was very clean and attention to detail which I loved

Maybe the pool opening a little earlier and staying opening a little later as is only open 10am till 6pm
