I liked the location, it is very close to the botanical garden and some restaurants. Also the waiters are kind and the swimming pool is excellent. They are also nice with stray animals, cats and dogs, which are allowed on the terrace, thing which I personally find it very good. In the room was also a perfect silence during the night, no noise was heard by us, which was good.

The fact that the reception ladies were not so willing to help. If you have issues, try discussing them with the man. He is willing to help. I also believe that the music in the restaurant area could be improved. You simply only listen house music from breakfast to dinner. As for the food, the breakfast is by far the best, lunch and dinner should be improved. No fish (although located at the sea), no pork, just some chicken, I almost felt myself vegetarian, and I am not a meat eater not even at home. For men this must be particularly disturbing as they deserve a bit more protein.

During our recent vacation, we had the pleasure of staying at White Rock Castle, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their friendliness and willingness to assist truly enhanced our experience. Whether we wanted to relax by the pool, unwind in the spa, or keep up with our fitness routine, everything was easily accessible and in excellent condition. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. There was plenty to choose from, and the staff ensured that everything was always refilled and fresh. Overall, our stay at White Rock Castle was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful, spacious room, a large terrace with 2 sunbeds and a sea view, a living room area with TV. In our opinion the queen room is the best choice. The spa is small but nice, the swimming pool as well, and it was nive to have free parking. All in all it was a very good value and very comfortable. Bed was large and super comfy.

The breakfast was poor, and not fresh at all. Milk was sour, orange juice was watery and had no taste, the only good thing was the omelette. Parking is very dusty, and you walk with the dust up to the hall and room, and that should be changed , or parking cleaned regularly of the dust.

The hotel overall was pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly, although they didn't speak too much English. But overall, it was a great value-for-money hotel.

For some reason, the pool was only open until 19:00, even though there was no maintenance done until the following morning. Another issue is location: to get to any beach you either had to climb down a lot of stairs to the promenade below which had 1 or 2 ok beaches near the piers, or drive to another place entirely.

Really nice room. Great facilities and also a pretty nice gym. Having an underground parking spot with access from the hotel is something really useful. Great value for money.

The food. It can be better without going too fancy. More vegetarian dishes would be nice.

The room was spacious, with 2 balconies. The bathroom was very large. Very close to Queen Mary's palace and restaurants. We traveled with our dog and it was welcomed (as it was everywhere in Balchik - a really pet friendly place).

We payed for the spa but it didn't look like it was often used, they had to open it for us (we announced in advance). However the spa room was very cold (probably 20C), the saunas were not working, so in the end we only had the small jacuzzi. Not bad, but not what we expected and not what we payed for... Limited options for breakfast

Spacious room, large bathroom with tub, nice furniture, clean swimming pool.

The cleaning of the rooms is done daily but it’s just a quick mopping of the floor. At the beginning of our stay the room looked like it was cleaned in the same way after the previous guests have left. We found watermelon seeds in the minibar. The door of the room didn’t work properly, there is a card system to unlock but the door has to be lifted in order to close it, which is annoying.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, large balcony, good AC, covered parking. The pool was also nice. We came from a 4-star resort and we enjoyed this place much more.

The location is very far away from the beach, especially if you have to walk in the burning sun. It is close to the Balchik Palace, though. We waited a bit at reception and there was a mix-up when we checked out but the staff was nice.

The hotel is close to the Botalical Garden and Castle of Regina Maria, on the hills, so the visit is very easy if that is your plan. However, to reach the beaches (which are not so many), there a is 20 min walk downhill. I appreciated the slippers and big balcony with sea view, however, the suite was smaller than in the picture (no couch area).

The hotel and the room were furbished nicely, but there were some touches which made it look cheap (there were 100 degrees when we reached the room and it took 1 hour of AC to make it better. room to the bathroom very close to the bed, not closing properly, bathtub with an ikea shower curtain, stained foot towel, curtains which would hang out of their place, etc). Breakfast was diverse but the quality not the greatest, coffee machine was very very old.

The staff is very kind and efficient. Junior suite very spacious, clean, bright. The double rooms do not have a balcony and are not very spacious. The breakfast was good, with many choices. Every day I found parking spaces in the underground parking lot or in front of the hotel. 7 minutes by foot to Queen Maria's castle and the botanical garden. Surrounding terraces where we ate very well. Right next to the hotel, a supermarket with everything open until late at night. It is the second time we come and we liked it every time.

We liked all. A short comment related to the location of the hotel: to reach the seafront of the promenade, it takes about 25 minutes on foot, or 10 minutes by car, but it is very difficult to find a parking space in the centre of Balchik, so it is better by foot.
