Excellent location. Less than 5Mins walking distance from Troux Biches public beach. Many restaurants in the vicinity. And pretty well priced. Busses almost outside the property. A great supermarket within walking distance. Perfect for self catering purposes. Secure parking on the property

A few small things. Plug in bathroom did not work. Shower is huge but there is no shelf for shampoo etc only a flimsy soap holder. There was no draining board/tea towel in kitchenette. Blind in main area could not be opened. Stuck closed. A rung missing from the drying ladder type thing on balcony.the menu outside the restaurant was out of date on both the prices and selection. A suggestion box at reception would be very helpful as all these points could have been sorted. All small things and would not put us off from returning.

We have a HB , and I be so surprised that we need to pay for a water . You don’t have a free water during a dinner , no water at the room … every time we pay 1l 70MUR . So not free water at this hotel . . Food is okey , but for our kids don’t have a choices ( because of a lot of spices) , so they eat or macaroni or white rice with a salad - our case HB not be a good option . I recommend you a breakfast and east at the restaurant at the corner - Suvenir - great food and prices . Bathrooms- we just have 2 little soaps, and that is all. We have all with us ( just in case ) but just to be ready and bro g ( or buy ) everything. I not expecting lux , but a shampoo is a minimum .

we had nice room with garden to chill. we were lucky that we could enjoy very good　free activities .

its not what i didn't like but last day of our stay, they totally stopped all free activities without notice. so it was sad to see people who expected it but had to find and pay at beach if they want . i don't know if it was only for the day or nomore free activities.

This apart hotel had everything we needed at a very affordable price. Excellent location just across the street from a good stretch of beach. Many good restaurants and a supermarket very near by and a kitchenette in the room to make your own breakfasts and other meals if needed. The room was spacious and it had quite a large bathroom and a shower with excellent water pressure. The hotel provided fresh pool and beach towels everyday and on our departure day they provided us with facilities for showering in the afternoon before our evening flight. The hotel staff was nice and the customer service was very good. The pool area is nice and there are a lot of sunbeds, though the pool is quite shallow and small. The hotel offers complimentary water activities which were a very good addition to their services.

The bed was a bit squeaky and there were no bath products even though it said so in the description, just two bars of soap. We don't normally stay in apartment hotels so it came as a surprise that there were no means of doing the dishes by hand in the kitchenette, so we had to buy a sponge and dish detergent to do the dishes. There is a dishwasher but they only provided us with 2 complimentary dishwasher tablets for the 11 nights we stayed there.

Whenever we wanted to order something other than the set menu at your restaurant they never had stock of the ingredients of what we wanted so we always ended up ordering a simple Margerita pizza.... the wifi reception was horrible in our room. When leaving there was a big wooden and glass tip box and when we wanted to put money in there when checking out, the young guy in the front told us that money doesn't ever get to the staff and that the owner always take it. Which I feel is very unfair. I can't say of this is in fact true or maybe a disgruntled employee but we ended up leaving no cash as tip.

across the street from the best beach, close location to stores for supplies, pool 30cm for kids was definitely appreciated to keep my 3 year floating and safe.

meals - need to have some imagination. on 2 occasions the chef was preparing the mornings pancakes the night before. pancake, batter can be used to make alternatively waffles, crepes, muffins, madeira cake perhaps (not costing more but just introduce some variety). The breakfast was the same for 5 days so that gets less appealing. I am not asking for more money to be spent - I am suggesting change it up a bit and be creative.

Very friendly staff, always trying to help and make your stay more confortable. Good location and parking, plenty of restaurantes and shops around, the beach is also near by. The room is quite big, fully equipped and a huge bathroom. The common areas al well taken care of and look very nice, the atmosphear is unique and welcoming.

Perhaps is time to change the mattres, It was not un confortable, but I could've benne better.

Sadly the hotel, especially the pool area is not properly looked after. Could be so much better with minimal effort. Stay away from the breakfast. It was horrible especially for the very steep price.

Shower and bathroom was great! The room spacious and comfy with 2 fans and aircon unit. The room had a dishwasher and staff came in to clean each day, including loading the dishwasher. Guests needed to do nothing but relax! The location was a block from troux au biche beach, with a large supermarket (Chez Popo) and bakeries in close walking proximity. Buffet dinners were convenient. Very accommodating staff who even gave us a holding room for my mom to rest while we waited for our room to be ready (we were early).

There was no reference to beach activities but that may have been due to my travel companions age. Breakfast was average. A short walk to troux au biche beach.

We had some problems, no hot water in the shower however, the hotel manager Mr Rakesh went out of his way to solve the issue. Mr Rakesh and other members of staff (Mohammed, Devika, Shiv) were genuinely supportive, helpful, caring and tried their level best to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We didn't have a dishwasher in our room, and it would have been nice to have had a communal washing machine. The pool and surrounding area wasn't safe, as the tiles were damaged and it was quite sharp. Water in the pool was very cold 🥶
