The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The food they organized is amazing: especially the rice and curry.

It was a bit far to the beach. The staff organizes a cheap €1,- tuktuk for you to go there so that is ok.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Kingslayer Resort, run by such a sweet humble family. The rooms are very large and so clean, with good A&C, bathroom also very spacious. The room had more than enough space for our suitcases. The pool looks fantastic but we did not have chance to use it. The kids adored company of small rabbits and the cutest dog of the owners, they were amused half of the day and did not notice the rain. Accomodation is few minutes ride with Tuk Tuk from the beach and restaurants. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Kingslayer Resort had our warmest reccomendation!

All was perfect

Everything. This was the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Pool was great fun for our kids. Staff were very helpful and let us store our bags overnight. Bunnies running around was really cool. Breakfast was excellent and filling. The rooms were clean, the water was hot and we even had separate bedrooms for the first time. It's close to the touristy area so good for shopping and restaurants too.

It was set back from the busy streets of Negombo. Very comfortable bed, large room with hot shower. Breakfast was nice and they have a large menu. Staff were pleasant and helpful, they live on site. This place has a small bar with an honesty system which was a surprise and some pet rabbits you can play with. The pool is big and delightful in the heat. It's a close walk to the beach side restaurants(15 mins) and or a quick tuk tuk ride which can be organized in house. Big undercover balcony.

I don't believe they have a fully functional kitchen( for dinner and lunch) everything you order is delivered from elsewhere.

Great place to start our Sri Lankan holiday. They happily took care of arranging drivers for us and welcomed us at a very nightly hour at their property and even took care of a later breakfast on request to allow a few hours of sleep. Good recommendations for places to for dinner (aside of their own dinner options). The pool area was a great place to recover in a small oasis from our journey.

The Kingslayer Resort is located very conveniently as it's only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool was a wonderful way to cool off after a hot day and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Although our transfer to the airport was very reasonably priced, we thought that meals at the in house restaurant and other day trips we were quoted on were quite expensive. We had been travelling around SL for a month by the time we stayed here, so possibly it was just our perspective, but I would recommend getting a couple of prices if you planning on sightseeing by tuk tuk etc.

Spacious room that was clean and comfortable. They allowed us a very late check out for a small fee which was helpful and organised the airport transfer. The rabbits and balls on the property kept our kids entertained.

Breakfast options are limited. Negombo is very hot and humid in comparison to other areas of Sri Lanka, so we had to stay more in the bedrooms where there is AC instead of the common kitchen/lounge area where there is no AC.

Beautiful room with great outdoor space. Lovely pool and sun beds. Great air con and shower room. Filling breakfast. Fried eggs flipped no jelly. A welcome change from some of the eggs we have had. A big shout out for Jeevan. Lovely guy who only wants to please. Adorable puppy on site but come soon as they grow up really quickly.

At the end of our trip, we took advantage of the hotel's offer. The room was in European standards, and the pool were exactly what we needed after traveling around Sri Lanka and before our flight. The facility was very clean, with an incredibly friendly staff ready to assist with anything. There are also rabbits on the premises, released during the day, adding an extra charm. The breakfast prepared by the host was excellent, and it was delightful to enjoy it in the café by the pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay! The city is close by, easily reachable on foot or by renting a scooter or tuk-tuk. For us, it was a convenient place to get to the airport.
