Loved everything about the complex extremely clean.

Having to get up at 7.30 to queue for a sun bed they opened at 8 and people were running with towels ridiculous

This is a beautiful and well-appointed resort. In addition to the delights of the physical space and amenities, the staff are absolutely outstanding. We could not say enough for them, particularly Marta and Sara on the Animation team. Truly everyone we interacted with was incredibly lovely and helpful.

The hot tub wasn't hot. The buffets were plentiful and beautiful, but the food was hit or miss. Still, something for everyone.

I’m not usually the sort of person to go on an all-inclusive holiday to a resort like this so I was delighted by how pretty the resort was. It never felt crowded, even in half term, and the food was excellent. The staff were so lovely and the entertainment was great, with some talented singers near the restaurant and great family entertainment in the square. You can also wander 2 minutes across the road to the sister hotel for a change of scenery and different entertainment! I highly recommend booking a meal at the grill restaurant, which is part of the deal, and the meat was delicious. Loved it all and am thinking of going again next year.

The staff were amazing and everybody was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious and the infinity pool was a personal favourite! Our rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable and we would recommend this hotel to any family! What a great range of activities too. Suitable for adults and children alike.

The live music was always really loud for the intimate setting. The stage was so close to people sitting and drinking that you couldn't hear yourselves which, if taken down a notch, would be perfect.

Can’t fault anything, the food was amazing, so many options, (I am GF) and there was plenty of options for me daily. Staff were all lovely, and the entertainment was very enjoyable, maybe one thing the man on the mic at the pool sent my tinnitus into orbit very overly enthusiastic, slightly insufferable (really sorry) but the vibe was very chill every other day (too too much) apart from that couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! All inclusive is more than worth it here, amazing time away and will definitely be back.

It was a family of 5 people, 2 rooms. We enjoyed the kids' pool very much (my daughter is only 3 and she spent her stay in that pool), the international environment, the location was beautiful, spotless, and even with an infinity pool. The food was very good - said the Italian picky eater here!- good quality and good choice, The ASIA restaurant especially (we dine there one night) was superb. Shout out to Orlando and Fernando, maitre and waiter at both Lupita and Asia. Entertainment: ahhh! Water Workout or AquaZumba were superfun and I have not missed it once. Mafe and Ernesto: we loved you!

It had nothing to do with the Resort, but I think rules should be followed: kids aged 6 to 12 were jumping inside the jacuzzi, and none of the staff stopped them. I am sure is not for the staff to educate these kids, but they should stop them as much as they stop some people from smoking near the pool. Hence, I enjoyed the jacuzzi only for 5 minutes in a week stay :(

We enjoyed the 2 big pools, one being next to the ocean, the garden with a variety of plants (with names indicated!), the location and the ocean view, the friendly and helpful staff, plenty of unlimited food and drink options, the spacious room, many sunbeds, daily fresh beach towel option, live music each night, the gym facility, the water dance facilitation and the option of having professional photos taken in the resort(though we didn’t use this possibility).

The twin beds instead of a double bed, especially that we indicated this would be our honeymoon. We missed a classic blanket- needed to get used to a 3 layer combo. As a further improvement option, a printed drink price list could be useful for those not carrying their phone with them. And adding a wish list item: daily, short Spanish classes for those not interested in darts, water dance or table tennis but charmed by the local culture and language.

Great chilled out week. Am a fussy eater but always managed to get something. Overall choices are excellent loved infinìty pool. Room was in an excellent position

Children in jacuzzi tub jumping about although sign says no under 14s 1 lady went to lifeguard who didn't do anything about it. Lifeguards rarely visible. Only other thing on day of check out as our flights weren't till later we didn't need to check out until 12 o'clock. Cleaners were round 3 times to do room since 8.30 am would have thought hotel would have a system to let cleaners know when rooms were ready. Other than that all staff were excellent

Exceptional resort. Fresh fruit and vegetables and food every day. Great entertainment. At night and poolside by day. Hard working staff. So child friendly. Clean and safe.

(My name is Peadar in Irish and difficult to pronounce in English so I used the alias 'Bob' during activities.) The Bahia Principe Costa Adeje is at the high end of 4-star in my experience because the essence of hospitality is provided by the staff; in this case, the most courteous and efficient that I have experienced. The facilities are excellent and the cleanliness is second to none - all down to superb staff and attention to detail. However, the highlight for us was the entertainment which was led by the excellent Klevin and his happy troupe who provided interactive activities at the pool during the day and on stage in the square at night and outside of that, Klevin could be seen interacting with the guests, always smiling and joking and performing. As this was an All-Inclusive holiday, we only left the resort for a half-day and the rest of the time was filled with activity and friendliness and fun.
