I loved everything

Having a hotel room with a spacious shower PLUS access to a refrigerator in my room, AND kitchen facilities was such a treat. Last minute booking and got so lucky--price, facilities, location, ease of check in. Everything worked and I look forward to staying here again.

Kitchen facilites needed at least one kitchen knife and a cutting board. Better hot beverage supplies--not enough koffiemelk or sugar or tea bags. Got locked in after I returned the key and had to phone for help to exit the building. Maybe install a button to unlock the door on the inside.

I booked this hotel for one night, expecting a nice bed and a shower in my room and I got much more. The room was very thoughtfully equipped. All the basic stuff that you expect was there, but what stood out was the attention to detail. From the cleanliness of the room to the tin of mints and the complimentary coffee to the very friendly advice from the concierge. Everything was just a little bit better than expected. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so lovely, friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Bed was a bit soft for me. Although I know not the hotel’s fault, the place next door was a bit noisy until early the next morning.

The unit was immaculately clean, very spacious, everything worked perfectly, nice view, outstanding location, easy access, very safe. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!!

The location was superb - right on the Grand Place and a perfect spot to watch the cycling. The staff were so welcoming and treated me very well throughout the entire stay. I was even lucky enough to be upgraded to a stunning apartment! I will absolutely be back!

It was a pleasant experience. We had a nice stay in this self-sustained hotel. The room was clean and well-organized, and the kitchen was well-equipped and clean. Staff were also very helpful. Small improvements could be constantly checking the coffee machine and cleaning the garbage in the common area more frequently.
