Price/quality optimal (for high season at least). We read criticisms that the facilities are outdated and that is true but these facilities are quite complete. (We even had scales in our room, imagine!) The town of Konz is rather unattractive but ideal if you are walking the Moselsteig like we did. Hotel is under new management that is still finding its way but is really focused on customer satisfaction.

Mattresses were too hard and pillows too soft.

The owner was also in reception when I arrived both times I was there 4 days apart and was really friendly and helpful. He gave me a free upgrade to my room the second time. My room was perfect for me. Clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also adequate. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Very friendly, easy to find, great location with simple cheap train access to Trier. The manager was so nice offering to carry our bags and always had a smile. A real gem of a hotel. The wisteria covered beer garden and pond were a great touch. Ample parking

Nothing much though the ,marked parking lines marked out some pretty small spaces, though not an issue as ample parking

Decent sized room with comfortable bed. Breakfast basic but with a good variety of fruits, even with fruit cutting knives🙂. Staff friendly and efficient.

My room was on the street side. As the sound insulation wasn't good it was very noisy at night.

We always choose this hotel. Great location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants near by, friendly stuff, very clean rooms. Hotel even offers sauna and has beautiful little garden. Definitely recommend.

Good breakfast, bu no croissants, no bakery nearby.

Though small, the room was very well equipped: 2 comfortable chairs, plenty of lights well placed where needed, cupboard with lots of space and drawers plus light inside cupboard.

Our room faced the street therefore tended to be noisy in spite of excellent double glazing.

The location is very convenient to train stations, restaurants and markets. The rooms are well maintained and beds very comfortable. The innkeeper is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast has everything you could want.

Excellent premises, with a lovely biergarten and Sauna. The people are so polite and professional ,always on site to attend any demand.

Spacious room, secure bike storage and a good breakfast, very close to several supermarkets to grab anything you need.
