Very rarely do I get the feeling that I’m truly appreciated as a guest in a hotel; however the owner operator of this hotel really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Beds are very comfortable and the showers are very very nice and the location is perfect. Only three minutes from the train station.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave for business

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean as was the bathroom which had a very good shower. The weather was hot when we arrived and the fan provided was excellent. Check in was straight forward and easy . The young man on the check in desk was friendly and very helpful. There was on site,safe parking which was a bonus .

Everything was good

The Location is great, it’s quiet and there are trains close by to take you into busy Trier. The breakfast is thoughtfully laid out and offers a good selection of food. The garden is lovely for relaxing and the Sauna is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There was nothing not to like about the place.

The staff made this stay. They were very attentive and very helpful at every stage of the stay and went well beyond the usual expectations to make their guests comfortable and keep them informed of local facilities. Good parking.

I found nothing to dislike, but the location was practical rather than beautiful.

Price/quality optimal (for high season at least). We read criticisms that the facilities are outdated and that is true but these facilities are quite complete. (We even had scales in our room, imagine!) The town of Konz is rather unattractive but ideal if you are walking the Moselsteig like we did. Hotel is under new management that is still finding its way but is really focused on customer satisfaction.

Mattresses were too hard and pillows too soft.

The owner was also in reception when I arrived both times I was there 4 days apart and was really friendly and helpful. He gave me a free upgrade to my room the second time. My room was perfect for me. Clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also adequate. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Very friendly, easy to find, great location with simple cheap train access to Trier. The manager was so nice offering to carry our bags and always had a smile. A real gem of a hotel. The wisteria covered beer garden and pond were a great touch. Ample parking

Nothing much though the ,marked parking lines marked out some pretty small spaces, though not an issue as ample parking

Decent sized room with comfortable bed. Breakfast basic but with a good variety of fruits, even with fruit cutting knives🙂. Staff friendly and efficient.

My room was on the street side. As the sound insulation wasn't good it was very noisy at night.

We always choose this hotel. Great location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants near by, friendly stuff, very clean rooms. Hotel even offers sauna and has beautiful little garden. Definitely recommend.

Lots that I wrote here and then your Booking app erased it allows when I tried to attach photos. Please do not waste my time and energy like this! ---------

Good breakfast, bu no croissants, no bakery nearby.
