The hotel was farily basic, so my answers to the review questoins are all adjusted for value. If you have 600 euro a night stay at the Ritz. If you have 60 euro a night, this hotel will meet your needs, and it is convenient. It was about a 15 mintue walk to Old Town, but I enjoy walking, so I thought the location was nice and convenient. I enjoyed the view of the Mosel River from my room. Good tourist informatoin in the lobby, and the lady at the desk was helpful.

I heard some music at night in my room. I couldn't tell if it was coming from another room or another establishment. But it wasn't too loud. It didn't distrupt my sleep. The bed was small with one pillow. I retierate the value was great, but for people willing to spend more, maybe a nicer hotel is a better option.

Very well-located hotel with pleasant and competent staff. The room was clean and spacious, fully meeting our requirements, and there were parking spaces available for guests under the hotel. Our windows were not facing the street, so it was quiet. The breakfast was satisfying, and the cafeteria was clean. Exiting the hotel, you can walk to see all the main attractions of Trier.

The breakfast had a good selection, but it was cold. To get warm boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, you had to specifically ask, as the staff did not offer this option on their own.

Good-sized room, friendly and helpful front desk staff and breakfast room attendant. Decent breakfast. Convenient location right at the river and Roman Bridge, was easy to access by bicycle from the Moselradweg. Elevator to all floors, big terrace on second floor that overlooked the river and bridge (although some chairs out there would have been nice). On the edge of the old town, about a 10-minute walk to the historical center.

First room I was given had no curtains or any other way to block the windows. Front desk apologized and immediately moved me to another room, but it meant that I had to move my stuff from the 4th floor down to the 1st floor. Rooms facing the river have nice views, but also traffic noise from the busy road in front, so be aware of that if booking a "view" room.

I booked the hotel last minute and it is cheaper than the price I checked the previous night. The hotel is very practical for my situation. The parking spot is free, no need to reserve in advance. A bit of confusion since the hotel location is at high traffic intersection but that is ok. The check in was smooth, the staff was friendly. There were brochures and map on reception desk that is helpful. Room quality matching the price, so adjust the your expectation. Overall I am quite satisfied with the hotel. Keep up the good work!

No coffee, no tea, paper cups instead of real cups. The power plugs are only a few and they scatter all corner of the room. Decorations are outdated but still functional.

we arrived 11.45 at night, I had to pay 2 euros to check-in on the i-pads on the entry , online with card to get the key which is bummer especially if you dont have internet. the amount of input info required to complete the process took 5 minutes which I could have done before arrival . No one was on reception also, however the whole experience was perfect beside this and Wifi. the room was laaaarge. the bathroom and toilet were great and room had heated radiators. the location is also exactly at junction of the river.

I had an excellent experience staying at Hotel Constantin in Trier. I was very impressed with the level of service – the staff responded to all my requests incredibly quickly, even during late hours, which was much appreciated. The room was spotless, and I couldn’t find anything lacking; it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If I ever return to Trier, I will definitely choose Hotel Constantin again!

Katarina was so helpful. We requested rooms close together and when we arrive (after hours) and the rooms were on separate floors, she was able to quickly accommodate the request and moved 1 of our rooms! The room for 4 was large! Breakfast was perfect for our kids and they were so kind to get the kids juice or warm chocolate milk!

Outdoor seating at breakfast would have been nice as it was warm but over all a great stay.

Check in -Check out hours are limited. I had asked for a receipt while checking in. They told me to ask for it as I left. Checkout was by 10 AM. At(9:45 there was no one available to provide the requested receipt. The cleaning woman said the Desk person comes in only from 10 AM !

Location was good, just besides the river and close to the Roman Bridge. The hotel is close to the main attractions of the city, as well as the city centre. It was not very far from the railway station.

An electric jug in the rooms would have been very helpful so that guests could make coffee whenever they wanted when the weather gets cold. And a cup or a glass.

The bed, pillows, duvet, towels were all great

It could have had a home touch to it. Looked very sterile. But then again it was a standard room. Next time i shall ask for an upgrade
