The hotel is situated beautifully at the Mosel and close to the center of Trier. The breakfast is really good and available until 11, which is a great bonus. A great variety of bread, cheese, ham etc. plus fruit, yoghurts, good coffee etc. Very nice! Very good wifi connection.

We had booked an apartment to get a bigger room and were a bit disappointed when we saw that this was a longstay apartment with a narrow bedroom and a large living room - although the apartment was well equipped and everything build with good materials, it was furnished cold and spartan - with no views (windows to the closed and narrow yard). We didn't need the kitchen and the living room. But the stay went out very well due to the nice staff, good breakfast and view from the restaurant balcony.

We had an apartment and it was a nice sized space with a kitchen that had plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, etc. It was nice to have a separate lounge room.

The heavy curtains over the windows went all the way to the floor over the radiators, which meant we needed to keep the curtains open to let the heat get into the rooms. The shower room was quite small and the shower leaked on the floor, but apart from that we were pretty happy.

The hotel was easy to drive to and very easy parking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with a view over the river. I liked the price of the room. I had an easy walk to the old town area where I attended one of the best rated Christmas Markets in Europe. The staff was very helpful upon check in. The young man of Bosnian/American descent was very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciate that as I had never been to Trier before. He helped show me where to park the car and then pointed me in the right direction to get to the amazing Christmas Market. Everything went very well here, and I was happy with my stay. I will for sure stay here again if I come back some day. I mean... when I come back some day!!

I have zero complaints or anything I did not like. I was 100% pleased. Everything went according to plan. I was a happy client.

The hotel is in a great location right on the river Moselle. We had a splendid view of the river from our bedroom with a lovely view of the bridge. It's across from the town centre which is a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic in the lovely dining room with river views.

It’s pretty close to the city center, but without the crowds. Therefore we love it!

Dogs are not allowed in restaurants area. For improvement, it would be good to separate to accommodate guests with dogs and without dogs.

Rooms: Super clean and tidy. Bed: We slept like a baby! Location: Along the Mossel river hotel is situated. On foot, we reached the city centre to explore the city. (like 10 min walk or something) Free Parking for guests (if the place is not full) and free parking around the street, so there is no need to worry. You can also charge your electric bicycle at the hotel.

Breakfast was cold. No Warm dishes were available. No electric charging option in the parking. In the bathroom: toothpaste/toothbrush not supplied. (I didn't have any problem as I always carry one with me) But I think it should be mentioned in the description what is not provided to prepare visitors.

Location is perfect, breakfast is very good, room is large and nice.

At the first evening it was a bit noisy (in corridor)

Amability of almost everibody. The parking facilities. The front desk. Special mention to Daniela Lambert from reception who very kindly got me out of a big bind by sending me electronic material that I had forgotten to my home.

Room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The coffee and breakfast room was very nice and the staff was very helpful with parking.

The parking location was very efficient but I had to go inside multiple times to receive and return the key. They didn’t tell us there was a drop box for keys by the parking lot exit.

The room was good, but during the very hot weather it was slightly to warm, and the sleep was affected by that. The morning sun hit the windows straight on. Had it been cooler outside it would have been an asset. There were no cooling system. The breakfast was really good, and the nearby guarded parking place was a big plus.
