The room was very trendy and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fabulous and beautifully presented. Daniele on the desk was lovely and helpful.

There was no lift and we arrived in 38 degree heat on a motorbike. We were allocated a room on the third floor which was a bit of a killer. I didn’t like the self check in process - it was a right faff. Daniele was very helpful but it would be much better if this was done automatically by reception staff. It was all in German which made it difficult (yes I know we should all be fluent in all languages when we travel around Europe but the warning signs in the room were in English). Also the shower was a bit faffy and it leaked.

We booked this hotel because the description on booking com said it had a river view. This unfortunately was not the case when we arrived. The young man that looked after us when i showed him description fixed it up for us and we loved staying here. It was an easy walk to the alt Stadt and the coffee was great. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel is situated beautifully at the Mosel and close to the center of Trier. The breakfast is really good and available until 11, which is a great bonus. A great variety of bread, cheese, ham etc. plus fruit, yoghurts, good coffee etc. Very nice! Very good wifi connection.

We had booked an apartment to get a bigger room and were a bit disappointed when we saw that this was a longstay apartment with a narrow bedroom and a large living room - although the apartment was well equipped and everything build with good materials, it was furnished cold and spartan - with no views (windows to the closed and narrow yard). We didn't need the kitchen and the living room. But the stay went out very well due to the nice staff, good breakfast and view from the restaurant balcony.

IT systems. Multiple messages saying that you wouldn't contact me - then multiple messages asking for personal data. I thought that I had been hacked! I didn't need a sleepless night before I arrived. Your departure messages are equally bad - there is no checkout... ! Sort this and I'd happily recommend you. Note even the front desk .. excellent .. said it was 'confusing' ...

We had an apartment and it was a nice sized space with a kitchen that had plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, etc. It was nice to have a separate lounge room.

The heavy curtains over the windows went all the way to the floor over the radiators, which meant we needed to keep the curtains open to let the heat get into the rooms. The shower room was quite small and the shower leaked on the floor, but apart from that we were pretty happy.

Room was great, great location, clean and modern.

Air con broke twice, first time they sent someone to fix it ( 4 days later ) second time no one came to fix it and we had wet towels on the floor for the rest of our stay( from the leaking air con ) and a hot room. Everything else was good.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the variety at breakfast—lots of options to choose from. The location is quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, yet it's still only about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. Big outdoor parking was very handy. Would definitely recommend!

Location and close to the market square. Very comfortable and clean. Looks very modern.

It was really hard to get in the room located on the 4th floor with all our stuff without elevator. Too much noise over a night as service mechanic was changing flat tyre on the bus right in the front of hotel with drunk passengers.

The hotel was easy to drive to and very easy parking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with a view over the river. I liked the price of the room. I had an easy walk to the old town area where I attended one of the best rated Christmas Markets in Europe. The staff was very helpful upon check in. The young man of Bosnian/American descent was very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciate that as I had never been to Trier before. He helped show me where to park the car and then pointed me in the right direction to get to the amazing Christmas Market. Everything went very well here, and I was happy with my stay. I will for sure stay here again if I come back some day. I mean... when I come back some day!!

I have zero complaints or anything I did not like. I was 100% pleased. Everything went according to plan. I was a happy client.

The hotel is in a great location right on the river Moselle. We had a splendid view of the river from our bedroom with a lovely view of the bridge. It's across from the town centre which is a short walk away. The breakfast was fantastic in the lovely dining room with river views.
