I had dental surgery the morning of my check in date and when I arrived afterwards to check into my room, the manager had a wheelchair prepared and got me to my room. On the next day of my scheduled check out time, the general manager came to my room to check on my status and recommended I say and rest before departing this wonderful hotel. They treated me so Kindle that it actually renewed my faith in mankind. The beds we're so confortable and the pillos are the best I've even lado my heads on! I'm ordering 6 of them this weekend. Very clean and fragrant lobby. Beds were very comfortable and everything in the room worked well. The gym had great equipment for me to be able to sneak in a work out as well! I didn't use the restaurant but they had a nice coffee bar in the lobby as well! Ice machine worked well. Was very centrally located to everything we needed to do in Round Rock!

Would have liked the ability to check out a bit later around 2pm as my son's basketball game ended at 12:45pm and we had to leave straight from the venue with all our stuff in the car with us. But that would not preclude me from staying again as I know the staff needs time to refresh rooms for the next guest.

Bed- mattress and pillows very comfortable. The smell in the reception area. Very friendly & helpful bartender. Water in the bedrooms, reception area & gym. Starbucks coffees. Plenty of parking. Nice lounge & bar area. Quiet location. Really appreciated early checkin.

No outdoor area. Would have loved to be able to sit outside to enjoy a coffee, a drink at a fire pit. We visited in Nov. weather was lovely. We received an electric rental car. Strange the hotel has no ex chargers.

It was very clean, safe, and I loved the fact that there was a paved sidewalk to walk in the mornings.

I wasn’t happy that I paid for my room with one card no problem. When we got there they needed a card for room service and incidentals. No problem, however they placed a $430 hold on my card for the incidentals and room service. Seems excessive, considering the room service was only $138.

I ordered breakfast via room service. Paid $44 for an All American breakfast and they didn’t add the potatoes, which was largely why we ordered it. The food was not great either. I really couldn’t believe the cost of a subpar breakfast. However, they redeemed themselves by providing a full refund.

I liked the restaurant in the hotel along with the giant lobby. I liked my room with a desk and multiple ports to connect my lap top and electronics. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The shower head in the bathroom was hard to adjust with the height. Also a removable shower head would be so helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, I could feel the springs through the mattress. I didn’t like that there is no room service to rooms. If you already have a restaurant in the hotel why not provide this service to guests that may want to relax in their rooms. Also there were no brochures on the restaurant with menu or hours or the small cafe in the lobby to see what they provide and when.

The customer service at this Marriott is unmatched. From the moment I walked in up until the moment I checked out. I was in town to run my first marathon and the entire staff showed such great enthusiasm and support! The bartenders and bar manager were absolutely fantastic. I traveled solo for this trip, but never once felt alone due to the amazing conversations had with these great people. They even prepared a custom pre race meal for me the night before the race. And the individuals at the front desk were so kind and checked in on me after the run and anytime I was in the lobby. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I don’t think I’ve ever met such kind hearted people all under one roof like I did here. Thank you all!

Nothing to complain about.

Lobby smells amazing! I want this scent. Kathy at the front desk is a fantastic employee. She was patient, calm and collected - even when the system went down and she had to wait for it to come back online.

Ordered room service. Asked for a pitcher of water or 4 ice waters. No water came. I’ve never ordered room service and not gotten water but I even asked for it. I also brought this up when our food came. He said that he’d check but bring some back. Never returned. 9/23 check 2262

I liked the service and reception. The rooms were also very clean. The space is clean and isn't lpud.

I didn't like that the restroom doors don't lock. I didn't like the prices of the snacks and water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and rather comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

The swimming pool didn't look or feel very clean. You could see some dirt on the bottom and the water was cloudy. I wouldn't say breakfast is worth the money. I'd rather go to a breakfast place instead.
