Easy to find but a bit “out of town”, which is probably a bonus if you’re only stopping one night. Secure parking, friendly helpful staff at check in. Decent but small room but the air con worked perfectly, as did the shower. There is a small bar but 100m down the road there is a good pub (9 beers 😜) that does basic food. Decent sleep and good breakfast with the usual stuff but also bacon and eggs. Wouldn’t stay a week but great for an overnight

We stayed 1 night en route to the UK at the hotel with our dog. The hotel was excellent for our needs, clean, comfortable and a very enjoyable breakfast which included freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon along with other continental breakfast items. I would recommend this hotel.

Good location when travelling to Calais with 2 restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of good parking.

Room was a bit compact but functioned well. Breakfast room was too small when a large group of cyclists got there before us. We had a poor nights sleep due to very noisy guests playing loud music at 1.30 am and various groups talking in the car park in the middle of the night. No staff present to sort them out.

Perfect hotel for our travels across Europe. Normally this type of hotel is bland and full of business people but actually the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Excellent parking in a closed carpark. There was a small bar which was a bonus and places to sit outside and have a drink. We went to a local bar 5 mins walk away and that was nice as well. I was amazed at the price we paid as little more than some of the campsites we had stayed in. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

....a/c in the room, lived the 'shower pod BUT....the spread of the breakfast was amazing....and a great little diner to enjoy it. This place is 10/10, but just difficult to get to vi sat-nav.

Location. It was used for a stopover on our way back from a ski trip. Not too far out of our way. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and we chose one virtually opposite that we could walk to as we’d driven enough for one day.

Good stop for an overnight stay whilst travelling south. Staff were helpful and local restaurant was a good place to go for an evening meal.

Nothing really; it is a budget hotel and the setting and facilities offered reflect that status. If you are looking for an easy accessible setting at a budget level this fits the bill.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff helpful. Hotel generally quiet. Our dog enjoyed her stay. Breakfast was good. Somewhere to eat evening meal was very close. We also drove the 5 minutes into Chalons-en-Champagne, which we found to be a lovely place.

The accommodation was exactly as advertised. Clean, fresh and presentable. No frills, just the bedroom and bathroom (as expected) in good order, perfect for the overnight stay travelling back from the Alps to Calais.

Comfortable night's sleep. Everything was fine. Hotel is easy to find off the motorway. I note there is a cosy bar area that was open, despite it being a Sunday. I like that the reception was manned by a friendly person, not a machine! Carpark is gated and has video surveillance, another plus for me. I travel frequently from Calais so this is a perfect stopover place for 1 or 2 nights.

I would appreciate a hand towel and a shower towel (instead of just 1 towel). Breakfast was disappointing with limited choice. The machine 'café au lait' was undrinkable
