This property is in a lovely location, very private and quiet. There are several rooms available and a lovely outside space with a swimming pool and tables and chairs, sun loungers etc. Our hostess Cindy made us very welcome. Our room was very nicely decorated and furnished with a lovely bathroom. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional! It was beautifully presented outside our door at the exact time we asked for and delivered in a lovely basket. It was a work of art! A menu was provided for breakfast the day before and you were able to request exactly what you wanted to avoid any waste. There was so much choice and all beautifully served. We highly recommend this property which is ideally located for tours of the champagne houses!

Au fil de l’O is perfect for visiting the Champagne region. We were there as a one-night stop over on the way back to Calais, and it was a very tranquil spot. It was lovely to take a dip in the pool and we had our delicious breakfast sat on the terrace. Cindy was a very friendly and welcoming host and very kindly sent lots of information on things to do before arrival. Sadly due to our short visit, we couldn’t take advantage of this, but if in the region again we would definitely return and book one of the larger rooms.

Cindy was a fantastic host, accompanied by her sweet assistant Gaby, nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we booked Cindy made contact and provided us with some valuable information about the local area and amenities. Rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and the towels and bed linen smelt beautifully laundered. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. Cindy’s English put our French to shame and it was sad to say goodbye! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Private and secluded in a very quiet village. Just 20 meters from the Marne and 200 m from the canal so lots of places to walk. Nice little boulangerie around the corner. Residence is gated and very secluded, parking is easy. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Best part is Cindy … a superb host. Some of the big hotel chains would struggle to match her courtesy and helpfulness. Nothing was too much of a problem.

Very quaint and quiet, beautiful spot, swimming pool area was great for a spot of a delicious homemade breakfast with jams and homemade yoghurt, along with beautiful fresh pastries. Bed very comfortable, rom had everything needed, bathroom Spacious and spotless. Cindy was so very hospitable and welcoming too 😊Would definitely recommend

Beautiful setting and place to stay. Lovely area to relax around the pool, the room had everything you would need - little touches that made all the difference. Breakfast was amazing. We used for one night on our way to Calais but you could easily stay longer as there is so much to do locally. Situated close to a river and canal. Information folder in the room was very comprehensive too. With information on lots of things to do and see. The host could not of been more helpful and went out of her way to help us. the champagne and meat and cheese board was

Very quiet location not too far from Reims and Epernay. Nice garden and terrace area to relax in and also a nice pool. Breakfast was everything that you could want delivered to you in you room or on the terrace

The parking was a bit tight and driving out onto the main road at the junction can be a bit hazardous.

The quiet location was perfect for a one night stay and the garden and pool provided a wonderful place to relax after a long journey and then to enjoy our breakfast. The room was large enough and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was especially helpful in helping us with a local champagne visit and restaurant booking.

A spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment. It was a great stopping off point on our journey back to the UK, with a good breakfast to send us on our way. Ideally placed for Epernay and the champagne area.

More and brighter outside lighting would help in the darker months.

The location is quiet, nice, pool has a nice temperature. Above all, Cindy is a great and kind person committed to her work. She made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was very good
