Its location ie close enough for the motorway, close to a supermarket for goods and fuel and also close to tue famous champagne vineyards for a walk. The staff were also very nice, helpful and welcoming. Finally, the room has everything you need for a short stay and we really appreciate the kettle and extra pillows. More expensive hotels sometimes don’t provide these which is disgraceful

Despite everything that is needed from a room, it is getting a little tired looking but that said, it won’t put me off coming for all the reasons I have said above

Ideal for an overnight stop or when touring the Champagne region. Staff were excellent, restaurant has a different menu each evening with 4 choices of each course, good selection breakfast, comfortable and immaculately clean room with good service when making room up. Unexpected extras included a comfortable lounge area with good sized screen TV. Parking is available for each room. Very convenient for anything you want to see in Champage, and easily found using map app. Rooms are on the small size for French hotels but perfectly adequate, comfortable and clean what more does one need. We did not request a disabled room so our room had a bath with over bath shower, and whilst the room was large enough to take a wheelchair this did only give easy access to one side of the bed I do not know whether there are any larger rooms.

We had a room at the back of the hotel and therefore has no issue with road noise but some may complain if at the front, however you cannot have access convenience and no roads. Only complaint was the standard/thickness of the connecting walls so we could hear the loud (almost shouting) of our neighbours on one side - we heard nothing from the other, so I don't see this is a problem with most guests - had I known they were English I would have been banging on their door, their disrespectful behaviour being in total contrast to all the staff we met.

Functioning and effective Air conditioning, location- was close to Hautvillers, lots of hot water, the shutters were perfect blackout blinds. Very comfortable beds and pillows, loved the little kettle and tea bag for a cuppa. Attached to a small restaurant and bar.

The room was perfect for what we needed, a base in the champagne region within walking distance of some local producers. Twin beds were provided as requested. Breakfast was typical continental buffet style with tea/coffee. Unfortunately the evening staff thought it would be funny to recommend the local 'sausage' to me ....if you stay there then be warned, the 'sausage' is actually pig intestines and stomach!! It was absolutely vile and made me feel quite ill. The other staff were quite shocked I had ordered it, until I explained their colleague told me it was nice! The rest of the staff said they don't like it, so you have been warned! I like to try local foods when travelling but that one is a big NO!

- Location - hotel is in the middle of grapevine fields: just what you expect from such a trip; Hautevillers is just a 5min drive away - Parking - free and spacious: just what you need when carrying bottles - Peaceful - no sounds, perfect for resting

Such a great place to stay and the staff are wonderful. We have stayed here a lot and each time the staff are so helpful. Great place to take your dog too as well. Room is big and the ensuite so good. Bath and powerful shower.

The location was a perfect place to stay in our way to burgundy area and also on our way home. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. Nice to have outdoor seating.

Great location in the heart of the Champagne region, staff where very freindly, rooms were very clean and a very comfortable bed, Breakfast was great with a good choice, evening meal was good not a big menu but very good food.

Too far off motorway and not easy to find in fact we could not find it and a security guard on a site in epenay too us as we went round epinay at least 6 times, dizy not sign posted

For a Motel, it was great. We were able to have a beer & glass of wine before dinner. The restaurant was much better than expected and the food was very good, we were really impressed. Breakfast was easy and good. The whole thing was perfect for an overnight while travelling - would definitely recommend.
