Beautiful location in the village of Montrachet with plenty of restaurants and also wineries. Owner communicated very well and was very detailed. The house was as clean as you can get it...spotless !! Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom which was nice. A beautiful welcome basket was there for us with many goodies including wine, bread, cheese and butter....a very nice touch indeed. House was decorated very nicely and our stay was wonderful.

Might need some new pillows.....getting old. Also it would have been nice if they could have set up a couple of local wineries in town for us.

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The suite itself was a delightful retreat, boasting one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was evident that great attention had been paid to cleanliness, as the room was immaculate and had a heavenly scent that made it feel even more inviting. One of the highlights of my stay was the included breakfast. Additionally, the outdoor patio provided an idyllic setting for sipping Champagne. The serene atmosphere and lovely surroundings made it a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy a glass of bubbly. Overall, my experiences at Les Suites du Champagne Venoge have been nothing short of remarkable. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a luxurious and personalised escape in Epernay, and I look forward to my next visit

Perfect location. The room good size with en-suite shower room, a fridge and food prep area. Comfortable bed, a handy outdoor space which is perfect, especially once the house is closed. Breakfast was good and enough for us. It’s not a hotel, so the choice is limited but it suited us very well. There is also EV charging on site for which there is a reasonable charge. Every member of the team we met were friendly, polite and helpful. We loved it.

We understood the set up there before we booked and everything was in line with our expectations. For a short stay to relax and explore Epernay, I’d say it was perfect.

Situated right on the famous Avenue de Champagne, this is a great location to explore Epernay! The Suite we had on the ground floor was huge and included a fabulous terrace with outside seating, perfect for a few sips of champagne in the evening. The room was beautifully decorated with the added bonus of air conditioning considering it was 36 degrees outside! It had everything we needed including a fridge (with 3 bottles of de Venoge Champagne in) and small kitchenette. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom with 2 sinks a waterfall shower. The people here are really friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to visit again!

Extremely memorable and pleasant stay at a Champagne House an exceptional first for us! When we were planning a trip to Paris, we wanted to add on a stop elsewhere in France that had magic, history, unique accommodation, and of course great champagne. We landed in Epernay with a four-night stay at the Les Suites du 33 Located on the grounds of the de Venoge Champagne House with four guest rooms in one building, one of which had a ground floor terrace which was our home for four nights. The staff were welcoming, gracious, professional, and kind. Our accommodation was first rate with a modern bedroom and bathroom. Best of all was a supply of champagne a few steps away in addition to the complementary bottle provided on check in. Breakfast was simple, but the service was always exceptional. The champagne house is located on the Avenue de Champayne in Epernay and was both a historic location but provided a great base to explore both the Avenue and with a short drive the surrounding vineyards. The stay will remain a memory of a lifetime due to its unique location, the history and elegance of the grounds of de Venoge Champagne House.

Fabulous central location, very friendly staff and really comfortable, clean room. The room was perfect for a family of 4. Champagne bar was great. We misread the card in the room and thought a bottle of champagne was complimentary, so we took this and were charged afterwards however would have bought one had we not thought it was free. There was instead a complimentary welcome drink in the bar. Staff gave us 10% off a bottle of champagne which we drank in the bar. We’d definitely go back, and would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful property, with good sized rooms and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for exploring Épernay and the wider area. Recommend a tour & tasting with the very knowledgeable Akash, which takes you into the stunning main building, before enjoying a tasting in their very pretty little restaurant. There is a lovely spot to sit outside to enjoy some champagne and nibbles too. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful, but a big thank you to ThuHa, Akash and Cristina. Such positive interactions and great service from you all! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing… Wish we could’ve stayed more than two nights

It was small and exclusive with only four rooms and a suite at a champagne house - we were lucky enough to book a double room that had its own private terrace. We were able to sit and relax after a day of tasting champagne both at the property and elsewhere on the Avenue de Champagne. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The special touch was some champagne in our to help us celebrate our anniversary

The location of this hotel is excellent! It's right on Avenue du Champagne, in easy walking distance to many different champagne houses, as well as a short 5-10 min walk into the city for dinner. The breakfast provided was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious.

I don't know if it was because we were in the room with a garden terrace in the spring (almost summer) time, but there was quite a number of bugs in the room throughout our stay. We only opened the door to the terrace once when we got into the room (it rained most of our stay so we were unable to take full advantage) and yet we found/killed at least six bugs in our room throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at Les Suites du Chmpagne de Venoge. The suites were in the most gorgeous setting next to the big champagne house. My room was very large, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were all amazing and helped me with every request, even arranging an early delivery of my breakfast to my room as I had an early check out. The property was in a perfect location, right on the Avenue de Champagne. I cannot recommend staying here enough - I will definitely be back!
