Super modern, clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchenettes with everything you need. Seamless check-in and check-out, good breakfast. The apartment rooms with separate living/dining room were really well designed and spacious, great for young families.

Only thing that could have been improved was the lack of Aircon - we did know this when booking. However, the shutters on the windows were great for keeping the rooms relatively cool and there were fans if needed. We actually didn't need the fans and temperature was high 20s when we arrived, so not a problem for us.

Good value, excellent accomodations, very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Free parking on site. Heating system worked great and kept room cozy. Mechanical blinds keep room warm and block outside lights really well for a good night's sleep.

Safe didn't work, when we tried to set up our code the alarm went off!!! Staff said it was a complicated safe and gave us a key that didn't work. Far from history district, where it's very hard to find parking. TV channels are only in French, should have options in other languages (English, Spanish, etc.).

The property was clean and had what we needed in it. The kitchen area was good. Staff were friendly and helpful with our issue.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky when we moved. Our dishwasher was broken and smelt bad. We spoke to reception who got someone out to look at it. They came whilst we were out so when we came back the dishwasher was gone but they hadn’t replaced it. They had also left the water off so we had no hot water. There was no one there to fix it, so they let us have the use of another room.

Loved the gated free parking, pet friendly rooms, and location. The room size was great, and the mini kitchen was nice.

It’s the first place I’ve ever stayed where getting just a coffee at breakfast wasn’t free. There’s a Moka Pot in the room but it’s really not the most convenient coffee maker to use. Also, the water kettle in the room didn’t make sense when no tea or instant coffee was provided.

The apartments are well appointed with a lot of facilities, even a small dishwasher. There is ample and secure parking on the premises. There is a shopping centre nearby with a large supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The weather was hot, being able to fill our water bottles with chilled water for free was definitely welcome.

There were some broken items in the room such as the handle on the toilet door and the door covering the kitchen units dragged on the ground. I reported them so hope they are OK now.

Spacious and clean, unlike other big chains where in the same price you get smaller and not well kept rooms. Breakfast spread was apt for a stop over stay and morning breakfast before heading out

One of the lifts was not working when we reached late at night, and we weren’t aware that there was a second lift. Although our room was on second floor and we didn’t have any heavy luggage so it wasn’t that difficult to use the stairs but bigger lift signs on ground floor could have really helped

It was a secure location with an access code required for the car park. Breakfast was functional and good with a waitress that never stopped running around making sure the tables were cleaned and plenty of product to eat available. Plenty of evening options within a walkable distance including unlimited Asian buffet, normal fast food restaurants and a Japanese restaurant.

Tea/ coffee supplies in the rooms would have been nice but would be a challenge at the great price for a family of 4¬

The room. Very cosy and clean. The bathroom is amazing, and the shower very big, clean and comfortable. The ladies at the breakfast restaurant were very nice and polite. Breakfast was very good and fresh made. pan au chocolate was fantastic but the scrambled egg made my day. They allowed us to take away some croissants for our children. The lady at the check in point was very kind to let us check in even if her working shift was finished at 9pm. We reached the hotel at 9:15pm.

The independence of an Appart hotel, being able to decide what to eat and when to go back to our apartment during the day. The helpful and friendly staff who were always there when needed. The secure parking.

The space in the kitchen area was very cramped. There was no dishwasher, although this had been promised in the information.

Definitely good value for money. Great space for my family of four. The mini kitchen was very convenient for families. I love how spacious the studio was and there was a separate room for parents. It is very accessible to many restaurants and grocery. I recommend this place

Near the motorway if this bothers you but the shutters definitely helped and it was not noisy at all for us
