Location brilliant; very close to centre, restaurants, attractions etc all within minutes. 10 minutes walk from railway station & tramstops. Hotel is small but interestingly decorated. Rooms reasonable size (not huge) with all reasonable ensuite. Cleaned daily. Lift small but efficient. Staff mostly very helpful, some English spoken. Breakfast perfectly acceptable, including a pancake machine; no limit on amount.

These are tiny small things. Staff did not follow the hotel policy about towels - replaced them all every day. Breakfast - coffee tasted of chocolate, apparently a mix up with the milk container (?) but it did not get fixed; ok for expressos etc, Ran out of apricot jam - croissants without apricots!

What a fabulous hotel right in the middle of Reims! Excellent customer services - the gentleman at the reception was warm and friendly and most importantly he had excellent deaf awareness. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay. We didn’t stay for breakfast but when we walked past we saw an excellent choice of cheeses and meat, cereals and fruit juices.

Unique little hotel with great location in the centre of Reims. Reims delightful to walk around and not have to drive into the centre already there. Room small but comfortable. Good bed and quilt. Shower okay and bathroom good size. Little quaint lift which was fun. Breakfast extra but good value and Cark park nearby with reduced price if staying at hotel

Having to pay tourist tax as an extra

I loved everything about this hotel, and will definitely stay there again. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. They were the best I have ever seen. The location was ideal. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet and elegant.

I wish there had been some snack and beverage vending machines on the property. The dining area was awesome, but sometimes I just wanted a coke zero or a snack, and there was not much of a selection in the minibar.

Excellent central location. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

Parking was a bit of an issue- closest car park was next to the hotel but was underground. Due to driving a VW transporter we were unable to access the parking as advised by the hotel due to the height and had to drive around for quite a while to find suitable parking. Not really the hotel’s fault but would be useful to know before booking.

The room very small but well designed , functional and clean. The location one minute's walk from a main street with lots of restaurants and bars. Ten minutes from the cathedral.

The walls are not isolated well enough. I could hear two neighbouring rooms. It might've been much worse with noisy neighbours.

The rooms are lovely, well decorated with images from a painting in the local museum. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Parking is available at public parking garage right next door, which is helpful.

It was a little pricey, but not much more than other options in Reims.

The hotel is just 7 minutes walk from the main train station! The hotel is at the center of a live area with many restaurants and cafes around. The street is for pedestrians only, so no car noises.

We had a tiwn-bed room, yet the bathroom had only 1 regular towel instead of 2 (apart from the 2 big bath towels).

This was our 3rd visit. We stay on the way back to Eurotunnel after skiing. Love the location and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfy.

Room decor was a little bit worn but this is a minor point.
