Nice spa. Good check in. Comfortable room. View of cathedral.

The hotel is situated near the cathedral which was very impressive. Unfortunately the access to the hotel is a nightmare. Nearly every road seemed to be closed. We couldn’t get through.after an hour trying to find a way in we called the hotel. Emma took the call and immediately stayed on the phone to talk us through the route. It took approximately 15 - 20 minutes to get to a place where a valet met us to take us the rest of the way. He also was very good and patient with two tired travelers. Sorted our luggage and parked the car. A big thank you for his help and Emma’s.

Great location in the centre of city, very close to the Cathedral. We felt close to everything and loved being able to walk most places. The staff, for example Pierre, were very friendly and helpful indeed.

While our room was very comfortable, we didn’t get the room we booked. The hotel is slightly impacted by ongoing road works on one of the main Reims streets behind the hotel and our room overlooked this rather than the courtyard. The staff worked hard to offer us a move late on the first evening but we were already unpacked and actually the noise was limited as we were out all day. The spa was fairly limited but a fun way to spend an hour or so.

Breakfast was ample and plenty of choice. A bit nit-picky, but breakfast serving staff could benefit from being more welcoming (only had one staff member who actually smiled and offered a simple 'good morning' greeting); a smile goes a long way. Hotel location is superb and even though there is significant construction underway in the surrounding areas, the hotel goes out of its way to explain this and to provide more than helpful adjustments, information and help if arriving by car. Can't fault them for this. Back to location - you couldn't be closer to all the amenities of the city - restaurants, bars, shops and of course a first class view of the Cathedral which is only a few metres away from the hotel entrance.

I will be super careful with room descriptions when booking via this site in the future - and possibly even call in advance to check with the hotel directly. What I thought would be a good sized room with view of the hotel courtyard couldn't have been more wrong. I was incredibly disappointed as the trip and hotel was selected in order to celebrate our wedding anniversary and booked months in advance to ensure we had a lovely stay in a wonderful location. However, the reception staff and in particular Pierre were amazing and resolved our initial room disappointment without hesitation. I can't thank them enough for that and this part of our trip to Epernay and Reims will remain a highlight for many years to come. Thank you.

Location, location, location. Smack dab in the middle of central Reims. Fabulous restaurant and cute lounge space to enjoy beverages.

The staff was ok. There were a couple of times when I walked in and there were 3+ employees were behind the desks without any guests they were helping and they were so engrossed in their own conversations that they couldn’t bother to welcome you back in. Also they have to figure out a better way for guest to enter the property. If I’m paying a good amount of money for a room I would expect more than being told to walk from another street with bags in tow when there is a road in front of the property.

The position was good and response to issues was acceptable. The iced water in the entry was great and the restaurant was good. Unfortunately, the cheaper Little Georges was disappointing with very average food.

The room was not well furnished. There were no drawers at all for clothes or other items, even in the bedside table. There was no spacious /attractive desk or buffet. We had to keep our things in open suitcases on the floor It was like an upmarket motel. The room was large and needed more done to make it welcoming. Also, the bed in our room was the wrong way around for the cathedral view !!

We had opted to “pay at property”. We provided a credit card for guarantee but told the hotel on arrival we would be paying by debit card. They told us we could do so on the day of departure. On the day of departure we were told that they’d already processed the daily rate (excluding taxes and car parking) to the credit card without asking us, which we didn’t want! We have done this countless times at other Reims hotels with no problem - surely a guarantee card is just that! They should not automatically be processing payments! It was disappointing and we still haven’t seen the credit turn up so I guess we will have to go back to them as we’ve currently paid twice!

Awesome quiet place with beautiful territory. Rooms a cozy and very fresh, featuring coffee maker and a nice bathroom. The hotel has no proper restaurant, but there is a lovely hall with an open fire, that is just incredible in winter. And there is a really nice gourmet restaurant in 3 min walk.

Not much to dislike about that place. Pillows and mattress are on the soft side for my liking, but might suit someone better. The only real point is incredibly slow Wi-Fi, so if you are planning any remote work, it won't be over Wi-Fi.

The location was excellent and Reims was easy to drive into. The room was perfectly functional- we had a fantastic night’s sleep - the bed was really comfortable. The valet parking staff were lovely (we arrived and departed at peak business but they were so polite & helpful).

Breakfast was fine - although it was a bit difficult to identify the fruit in the fruit salad (a bit fermented!) The evening meals were probably great but limited for dietary requirements, so we ate elsewhere. The room was probably too small to stay more than a night or two but we did have a lovely cathedral view.

The location is amazing right by the cathedral. They have parking near by but a valet does everything for you including the unpacking and bringing to your room. The room was a bit compact by nice nevertheless even with a baby in tow. We only stayed one night and didn't use the spanor had breakfast so I can't comment on that.

The room faced some ugly roofs and was very dark. We didn't mind for the one night, but if I stayed longer, I would not choose a room facing the back of the the hotel. I think they call it the courtyard which sounds nice but isn't.

We love this hotel. The staff are smiling and helpful. The restaurant is exceptional, the food is delicious and watching the cooks and the waiting team prepare and serve dinner is like watching a ballet. The position is magical, directly opposite the cathedral.

Hardly anything and only tiny quibbles. The drain on the shower was a bit blocked, which was looked at and resolved promptly. The pillows might be a bit more natural but I think this is a matter of personal taste.
