We booked this hotel because the location is so close to the train, bus and trams, and also is on the most lively street of Reims. The staff are well trained and friendly, we were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out for few hours, which is very helpful for spending more time in Reims. Our room 206 was compact but still easy to move around in the room, closet space is fine for few days; the bathroom is a little tight but has good shower water temperature and pressure. This hotel location is unbeatable, when You step outside of hotel, the street is full of international restaurants, bars, bakery, gift shops, department stores. Reims is a lovely city to visit, we would come back and stay here again.

We had a lovely room with a double balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street below. Bed and pillows were very comfy and couldn’t hear any noise from the street. Didn’t have breakfast there. Sat nav will take you too the wrong side of the street, and there is no access to the hotel but if you put ‘parking Erlon’ it will take you straight there and the exit to the underground parking is right by the hotel. Staff spoke very good English and were helpful. The hotel rooms are secure as they give you a code to open the internal door to the rooms.

Shower wasn’t very powerful but adequate, and could have done with a plug near a mirror to do your hair.

Everything was good. The new lighter decoration in the rooms is so much better than the old dark trendy colours. Reception staff and evening restaurant staff were excellent. Eating in the restaurant was excellent with good food huge portions and great staff

Breakfast was poor again . We again followed a bus party , this time of school children who wiped out the buffet. The staff were much too slow to replenish. Once it all eventually appeared it was OK. They need to get on top of this problem . Thats twice for us!!

The hotel is in the heart of the center of the beautiful city of Reims. Walking distance to all historic sites, restaurants, Champagne houses, etc.... Car parking in front of hotel. Super friendly staff. Good and comfortable bed and bathroom.

The rooms were a little run down and need some maintenance. Damaged walls and bookshelves hanging loose on the wall. Room first impression is a little shabby. BUT the bed is outstanding and bathroom has a great shower.

The location is perfect for enjoying the sidewalk cafes and the lovely downtown neighborhood into the night. There was a concert in the park and I was perfectly safe walking back and forth at 9 pm and 11 pm. I walked with my luggage to and from the train station with ease during the day. The hotel stored my bags all day.

Only one problem. The bathroom was so small that if you weigh more than 200 pounds, you may not fit in the space where the toilet rests. If you are big, be sure and ask about the arrangement of the bathroom facilities. My toilet was squeezed between the shower booth and the wall and I literally had to back into the space. lol.

Ideal location just beside the exit of an underground parking - for which, as a hotel guest, you get a free exit ticket. Friendly check in. Room a bit pokey but comfy enough. Appreciate the coffee maker. The adjoining Restaurant L'Edito serves superb food with super friendly service. Minus points for the somewhat loud house music, but it was Saturday night, I suppose.

Room was a bit cramped. And the darkest I've had in a while - the reason being the windows opened up to a what amounts to little more than a ventilation shaft, hence the heavy dark curtains to hide that (non-) view :-D

Great location -- amidst the plaza! So near to restaurants, shops, and transport. At first you may think the hotel design looks a bit dated, but I think that adds to its old town charm. Everything is super clean and functions well. The room is very spacious with a terrace (!!!) and a good sized bathroom. The bed is quite large and super duper soft!! Staff was very nice and helpful. Great price for this hotel!!

We chose Hotel Bristol as stop over night for drive from UK to Geneva. Superb location in the centre of beautiful Reims with 20 restaurants and bars within 50m either side. Cathedral 10 minutes walk. Big underground car park entrance right ouside hotel front door which only cost 12 euro per day via hotel discount. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was small but fine for a night and bed comfy.

wonky sliding ensuite door that kept sliding open but not a big problem for my wife and me.

The hotel was located in the center of rent and was absolutely wonderful. Easy to get to a little bit of everything in that area. Amazing location, amazing people at the hotel, amazingly surrounded by good places to eat shop stroll along the streets of rent. We would do it again.

The only thing that I didn’t particularly care for was the breakfast options it was OK for a continental style type breakfast

Located on a main pedestrian street it is close to parks, restaurants, Cathedral and shops. As no traffic passes by the room was quiet and with the heatwave the air conditioning was efficient. Good breakfast location. Public underground car park almost on the doorstep.

A small fridge for chilling drinks in the room would be welcome.
