El Munawir was excellent on receiving us at reception and in my earlier telephone call to confirm check-in time. His English was brilliant (our apologies for lack of French) and his friendly and open approach helped us get our bearings in Reims. The location was superb but the added bonus of secure underground parking was fantastic! (We were carrying 2 kayaks on the roof.) The room was super clean although the water heater in the bathroom was a little odd (just not used to seeing something like this in the UK). Very grateful for the added fan which we did use. Bed super comfy and space good and bright. Towels lovely and clean and comfortable to use and toiletries were nice touch. Many thanks.

Big room, nice shower. Lovely separate entrance before bedroom and kitchen/seating area. Sink, hob, kettle, table. Sockets by bed. No air con, fan provided, tv, nice hotel once inside. Secure parking. Reims is lovely and well worth the visit.

Location. Whilst it wasn’t far from the centre to walk, the area was very tired & the wrong side of the beautiful park. We were here in summer so it was light up to 10pm, I wouldn’t like to walk back once it got darker earlier in the evening as I didn’t feel safe. Reception isn’t open 24hour, so check the times of arrival on the booking. There are lots of hotels in the centre which I would book if I visited again.

Great place for the value. We were 4 and it was more than enough space. One room with double bad and one extremely comfortable foldable sofa for 2. Kitchenette is well equipped, you have a small cleaning kit with a sponge, dish soap and cleaning towel. Around 4 sets of cutlery and everything you need for cooking. No spices, coffee, tea tho. So if you're planning to cook, take everything but equipment. Our room had bar chairs that was a bit uncomfortable but totally fine. Location is great. Quite place and close to the city center (around 10 min). Underground parking is 9 euros per day and it's great as its difficult to find a parking spot in the city.

Apartment is nice, well set up, beds are comfortable. Staff was very friendly, check in and check out were super quick, the underground parking was great and spacious. It had a lot of potential, it’s a shame that it’s overall not that well maintained

It seems to have been renovated in recent years, but it’s already worn down, with stains on the walls in the bathroom, toilet, hallways, and parking. It seemed clean from the first look but every single glass we wanted to use was dirty. A pity, because the apartment is actually quite nice and spacious…

We had the two room which is a comfortable one bedroom apartment. Everything you need for a weeks stay. Parking under the building for a very small fee. Walking distance to the main downtown is quite far but the downtown is very nice. The Cathedral is a must.

Location is quite a way out of town with nothing but one grocery store in the area. The TGV station is one hour out of town which most people have no idea of. We took a bus from here to Paris then the bus returned at 10:30 (22:30) at night with no way back to town since the tram was not running, the schedule showed it had ran for two more hours. This is horrible for a town to leave people out in the middle of nowhere with no transportation. This will be all we will remember of this town.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Underground secure parking for the hotel was great. Very conveniently located - close to the many attractions and the train station but still quiet. A great place to stay to visit Reims and the surrounding areas. Would definitely go back.

Just small points which would just enhance the stay really: a little bit of washing up liquid, washing up pad/cloth and a drying cloth in the kitchenette would be great. We stayed in a heatwave so aircon would have been great but I appreciate this may not be needed for much of the year.

The location was great, very close walking distance to the train station and main town centre, it felt safe and easy to get to/from for going to dinner, shopping etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well and accommodating as I was traveling with my bike. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the basics you need and I slept very well there!

Breakfast started a bit late on Sunday so if you're catching an early train it's difficult to get anything. The kitchenette was fairly well equipped but could use some more basic things (like bowls and glasses) for those who want to self-cater.

It's good value for money and location good. A little walk to town but not too far. There's a gym across the road which was handy. Also a washing machine and dryer in basement which came in handy. There's also enough things in the kitchen to cook a meal if you want. Perfect for 3-5 days.

Everything was fine but I think you should take the gym picture down off your website as it's false advertising. Aircon would've been great too but I had a fan. I didn't realize there wasn't Aircon when I booked so my fault. Everything else fine.

The room is well located, close to the train station. It is a good complete appartment with everything required for a short stay. The and staff very nice ! I have loved the kitchen kit, really appreciated !

Improvements would be the shower that is broken and doesn't fix to the top of the column and the stained walls giving a dirty look. I fully reccomend and I would come back for sure !

They have a front desk that helps a lot. The staff are willing to do what they can to meet our request. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and museum.

The beams in the garage are pretty low. Be careful when open the trunk cover of the car. It's very easy for the trunk cover to hit the beams when open the cover.
