Location couldn't be better. We drove over and were able to park at the mall nearby by for daily charges of €14 subsidised by the hotel. We had a family room with one double and bed and 2 single bed, pretty spacious room for a hotel in the center of a city compared to other places we have stayed at and small but well equipped bathroom. The booking said tea, coffee included but wasn't provided in the room, but the receptionist let us grab tea, coffee from the reception when we explained. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Good value for money!

The room was small but it was ok for a couple of nights and I mostly just used it at night. Location is great, close to station and in the city centre however to be fair the city is not that big and you can easily walk everywhere.

The shower wasn't hot enough for me and in general wasn't great. There wasn't a way to control the temperature in the room, the aircon/heating seemed to be off despite controllers being available. I get that it was likely due to saving energy and I appreciate that, but at the same time I felt a little cold and would have liked the option to just warm up the room a little

The hotel is right in the city center and next to a pedestrian street with a large amount of restaurants and cafés. Our room was small but airy due to its high ceiling and tall window. It was bright and seemed recently refurbished. The air conditioning worked well and the room was very quiet despite facing the street. The breakfast buffet did not have cooked items apart from boiled eggs, which did not bother us at all - instead we were impressed by the large selection of fruit, good orange juice, fresh baguettes as well as whole grain bread, plain yoghurt and nice cheeses. The coffee was good, too.

The wifi signal in the hotel was very weak. The signal in our room was barely detectable and most of the time not usable. I informed the staff at the reception desk, but she did not have the mandate to change our room, which seemed a bit strange.

Fabulous location in the city centre, moments from shops, bars and restaurants, a few minutes walk from both the cathedral and the station. Very clean, very comfortable bed, great shower. Friendly, helpful staff.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Luckily we'd read about that in other reviews so took our travel kettle. Otherwise the only negative was the disposable water cups wrapped in plastic - not very environmentally friendly. The room wasn't large but it was fine for our needs.

The location was very central, right in the middle of town. The room had all the necessary amenities and was comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful with questions.

We parked in Buirette car park and afterwards found out that the hotel partners with some of the car parks nearby, including Buirette, and gives discounted parking tickets in the hotel reception - not sure if this is advertised on their website.

Nice clean room, good air con

The parking had changed since we last visited, we were able to park nearby in Coromant so expected it would be the same. We arrived in a Ford Transit vanhigh and drove around and around to find the car parks recommended also made difficult from roadworks around the Cathedral but none of them fitted our van. We managed to squeeze hairily into 1.9m Hotel De Ville Car Park, the others were too low.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of Reims, and everything was in good order. Staff very friendly and all worked very well

It’s not the most super-modern place in the world and family room quite small, but tbh it was fine for what we needed for 1 night and we’d stay again if we came back to Reims

Access to property was tricky - it being in a closed off area on a square: Booking site mentioned that parking is available, no clear indication of which car park to use - so the check-in process proved to be a lengthy one ( parking car on a side street far away, checking in, getting information and returning to park car in the appropriate garage)

Located in the centre of Reims, used for a stop over whilst travelling home. On arrival staff very helpful and gave advice on where to park. The room was modern and clean. Lots of great eating locations all on the door step.

Nothing we didn’t like, only if I had to pay full price for breakfast I wouldn’t have been happy. Only did continental, fruit, eggs yogurts pastries etc bit steep for €17 each

We liked everything, from the friendly staff to the confortable bed. Coffee was really nice, perfect location in the city centre but quiet at the same time. They accommodated us very well with our request for a cot and putting the milks into the fridge and freezer packs in the freezer for our son.
