Good hotel in the city centre of Reims. Nice to have on site parking, but make sure to reserve a spot when you make the booking. The room is spacious and ours even came with a little kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the windows can be darkened out. There is unfortunately no A/C but they provided a fan. Still, it was a bit warm so keep this in mind. Staff is very, very friendly. All in all would definitely consider to stay again when visiting Reims.

Residence type of accomodation provides all necessary things for your stay, including kitchen. The staff is friendly. We also used the parking facility, which was really convenoint. The location is in the city center, near the park. The main street with the main restaurants. cafes is in a walking distance.

The cleaning is not provided during your stay and may be ordred with a separate charge. Would be great to receive this service at least once in 3-4 days to keep the room tidy w/o your extra effort during your vacation time.

The desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The studio was larger than I expected -- not large, but for a European accommodation, quite roomy. The kitchen equipment was more than I needed and all operated just fine. Guests are expected to clean their dishes and the kitchen area or be charged additional fees-- this took me aback, because expectations like this are unusual in a short term accommodation, but I guess it is understandable. The bed was super comfortable. I was on an upper floor and from my window I could see the cathedral towers. Quite cool!

Really the only thing that could have been better is that the entrance to the Residhome is down a long driveway with an inadequate sidewalk. It felt like the US ;-)!! ...although I did see only one car use the driveway during my two days there. The Residhome in Reims is quite close to the train station--definitely walkable--, and I quickly learned that the most pleasant way to access the attractive center city from the hotel, after walking down the long paved driveway, was through a lovely park.

We had 3 main criteria when looking for an hotel in Reims - location, secure parking and a lift. This was ideal. It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the cathedral (younger and fitter people could easily do it in much less!). About 10 minute walk to good places to eat, have a coffee and generally watch the world go by. The staff are very helpful - we couldn't work out how to access WiFi and they kindly walked us through process. The signal was strong The studio was spotless and the kitchenette has everything you'd need for a short stay, though we didn't use it. Beds very comfy. Check in and out easy. We arrived about 2.5 hours before check in, so only expected to park and drop off bags. We were able to check in to our studio immediately. Great, meant we could spend the whole afternoon exploring without needing to return till after dinner. Breakfast served from 7am so good for an early start to Calais

Breakfast, at 16 euro each seemed a bit pricey comparatively. Most other hotels seemed about 10 - 22 euro each. However we booked it for convenience. Very glad we did. They provide a very good buffet with cold meats, cheese, a selection of breads, pastries and cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, fruit juice and hot drinks It was It was enough to keep us going till we were back to UK.

The bedroom was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and towels and toiletries were provided. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, as the property is only a few minutes' walk away from the railway station and from the city centre. Highly recommended.

Ease of getting stuff out of car before parking, check-in easy. Rooms clean with fan and fridge Centrally located with a short walk across the park to busy bars and restaurants. Bout 16 mins on foot to Cathedral all on the flat.

Our bed dipped in middle ( 2 singles together ) and mattress too soft unfortunately otherwise ok for what we needed

Good location - just a 10 minute walk intonthe centre - with parking (at an additional cost). Room was quite spacious and clean. The staff member who greeted us was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was available at another additional cost - I think €16 each is a lot, but we were discouraged from having it because the hotel was very busy. Whilst we did appreciate the honesty, it is disappointing not to be able to eat before heading off on a very long journey.

This was a lovely studio, pleasantly furnished with everything you could want. Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the centre and parking available on site

Room was only serviced for one with one towel, one mug etc so we had to keep asking for additional. Hotel was in a road closed due to roadworks which made it difficult to access, it would have been helpful if they had advised us of this in one of the four confirmation emails they sent.

Excellent location next to the train station with easy walking and PT access to the city. Room was very large, with a full kitchen which was handy.

A bit annoying all the dishes had to be done before check out otherwise there was an additional cost added. Also the laundry room required an app download and a minimum deposit of 20 euros to use so I didn't bother. Wifi was terrible.

Excellent quality accommodation in a the centre of Reims. Very comfortable apartment, very quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi and above all excellent hosts. We have stayed many times and they are always incredibly kind and helpful so we really enjoy our time there.
