Our room was very comfortable, quiet and spotless. The location was excellent. The carpark was very useful next to the hotel but using the 'carlift' was quite stressful in a big car! We ate in the restaurant where the food and service were very good but it was a disappointing space. We were sold it on the basis of it having amazing views of Reims but we could only see the view from the terrace which it was too cold to sit on. We were seated in a curtained off area which was a bit strange and very utilitarian. Other than that our stay was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The ambiance of the restaurant

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Good quality hand and shower gel in the bathroom. We loved our night cap in the rooftop bar. The location is perfect- right in the centre of Riems.

Not a dislike as such - more of a warning. The hotel car park can only accommodate small vehicles. If the ground floor is full you’ll have to drive your car into a lift/elevator to the lower floor. However there’s plenty of on-street parking nearby and it’s free on Sundays.

The location was perfect. The gentleman on reception was exceptional at all times! Rooms very generous in size. Great shower facilities, large mirror. TV had good choice of channels.. Minor detail but makes a difference. Rooftop view outstanding cannot miss this!

There is a coffee station downstairs with no notice stating residents cannot use... Abruptly/rudely told off by a female receptionist that it is for meeting attendees only ( we didn't drink or touch- just looked with intention at the coffee) .... It's in the main reception area. Very unusual practice. I suggest putting up a polite notice for your thirsty guests.

The rooms were comfortably sized and well equipped. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Breakfast on the 7th floor with fabulous views over the city and towards the cathedral was excellent and good value, with a great choice for every taste. Staff at the breakfast bar and reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent with approx 5 to 10 mins walk to the cathedral.

Car parking in underground car park was very tight, bays designed for Renault Clio rather than larger cars, but with a bit of juggling it's fine.

The staff was lovely, great comfort (bed, bathroom & shower), the room was very clean and spaceous. The hotel is based in the heart of the center, just on walking distance of all shops, restaurants, bars and the cathedral.

- The room was connected with our neighbours room through 2 doors (both closed against each other of course), but this lead to literally hearing everything loudly (even speaking on soft volume) from next door. Luckily our neighbours had the same night schedule as us, but this could lead to trouble for guests who prefer to arrive to the room late night. - Even though the hotel was this amazing, we overpaid with the amount of €200 for one night.

The greeting at reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location within close walking distance of the town's attractions. The car park, although costing extra, is a real bonus as it makes for a stress-free experience when arriving by car. The parking bays are even a very generous size! Breakfast is very good and taken in a bright and airy dining room. We didn't eat at the restaurant (same place as dining for breakfast), however the food looked very good. The real bonus is that the dining area is on the 7th floor and has a small open area overlooking the street from where there's great views of the town and the cathedral. We had drinks there before heading off for the evening. We were lucky as we arrived on the weekend of the Reims medieval celebrations. It's a must-see! Don't miss the parade to the cathedral in the evening.

Very nice hotel in a very good location, very close to restaurants and bars. Very helpful staff at reception.

We couldn't park our car in the carpark, apparently too big. Only the level 1 is accessible by driving, for above levels the cars have to be placed into a lift. Ours apparently couldn't fit in and we had to drive to a local carpark, which is a pain when you have just arrived and having driven more than 900 kms.

The restaurant for breakfast had a nice view as it was on the 7th floor. The hotel was centrally located, easy to find and there was a multi-storey car park a few metres away. Room and bathroom were reasonably spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were all really friendly.

The restaurant/bar was closed on Sundays (the only night we were there), however, there are plenty of restaurants nearby so it wasn’t an issue.

The reception personnel were fantastic. Sincerely caring and thinking of my best interest. Everything I needed was right there, fridge, iron, hot water kettle... the bed was comfortable, the bed Bouvet cover and bottom sheet and pillowcases, were super soft, smooth, and cozy. The pillows were nice. The drapery was good to keep out the light. The room (and the entire hotel) was quiet..the rooms must be sound proofed because I know there were others with children but I never heard noise. The heating cooling system worked and I was very comfy. The toiletries were nice. The view from the restaurant was superb.

I have no complaints.

Excellent location (train stn., parking, cathedral, easy to find). Good communication via Booking.com -- accommodated my request to concatenate 2 reservations.

Higher rate than an American would like for a Holiday Inn, but not sure I coulda done better, all considered. Small roof restaurant gets fully booked before you will know you're gonna be locked out. Small elevator makes a lot of luggage a challenge.
