Very Friendly staff. Reception open 24/7. Good location. Very comfortable beds/bedding. Quiet room. Good choice breakfast options.

No working lift for people. Shame about the road works opposite (meant load digger noise and crossing road more difficult). Pedantic- but boil your own egg at breakfast - with no markers or timer- often meant someone took your egg and you picked up one they’d just replaced (meaning atleast 4 raw eggs (wasted) during our 3 day stay ).

Fab location, loved the football stadium opposite and still walking distance to all the highlights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a view of the cathedral from the room and it was great that it was bunk beds for the kids. Breakfast was great.

Pillows were a little soft for our liking. We were unaware of the football table, but that was our fault for not going past the reception until morning. The reading lights were a little bright.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly - thank you. Location was great - city centre and a few minutes' walk to the cathedral, but still good value. Excellent breakfast with options To Go, which were very helpful. The facilties were relatively basic, but great value and we were only there for one night - it had everything we needed including a hair dryer, power points by the beds, awesome shower and lovely staff

Nothing that the hotel can do anything about, but the city is taking down a bridge right outside at the moment (July 2024) and building a square so navigating the roads and getting to the hotel with the diversions is more tricky than normal. Still, going round/getting lost a few times lets you see more of the city!

A good basic room, has everything it needs and our dog was welcome. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than i expected. Excellent tea and coffee, fresh fruit salad, nice bread, yoghurt and cereal. All food was good quality.

I missed a fridge in the room (didn't check beforehand to be fair), the towels were a bit thin and hard and the space in the room very tight. But it was 'correct'.

The location is perfect for walking. Many of the attractions that Reims is known for can be easily reached by foot. The cathedral is magnificient. Great architecture all around the city. Friendly and helpful staff personnel. Breakfast was excellent quite easy to eat too much.

Supposedly there is a blue card that can be purchased for 2 euros that lets you park right across the street from the hotel. We were never able to find where the card is sold. We asked the tourist office - they never heard of it. Parking in the hotel lot is limited and if you leave during the day by car, there may not be a space when you return (even if you have paid for it) This did not happen to us but we were told (by staff) that could happen. If the Blue Card exists, the hotel should be able to tell guest where it is available.

The room was very clean, the bed was excellent, good size room, good size bathroom with a walk in shower, very secure car park at a reasonable price. The breakfast was good and it's about a 10 minute walk into Reims town centre.

There is a lot of building work taking place around the hotel and the large machines being diggers and jackhammers etc start at 6.30am and they work until late afternoon so you may find it very noisy and very dusty when you are leaving the hotel. Too be honest it did not bother me but it seemed to bother some of the guests.

Perfect location for our 2 night stay in Reims. Easy to locate and very friendly helpful check in staff. Ibis is good accommodation at a good price. Clean and a comfortable night’s sleep. Ibis Reims has a small private car park but a large public car park right opposite. Good breakfast and 10/10 for perfect fresh orange!

Slightly more space in the room but doesn’t put me off using again

The double room we had was excellent and clean with all we needed. Plenty of space and everything worked. We could have made our own breakfast there and bought in food from a local store. No air conditioning but the fan was quite effective as it was 35 degrees during the day and still hot in the night.

Not impressed by the breakfast. We could have made a better breakfast in our own room and bought food in.

The location was superb, as very central, but also so easy to find as very close to the motorway when we exited it. We saw the cathedral almost straight away, as we turned the corner of our hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants around too. Breakfast was very good too and perfect to start our day of exploring.

Everything was very good and nothing that we did not like, apart maybe, lack of space to hang our clothes. But, as we stayed for only 1 night, it was ok.

Centrally located . Five minute walk to the centre. Clean , modern room. The hotel is on a busy road and there is building work but you can’t hear anything in the room. We had a really peaceful, comfortable night’s sleep. The outdoor seating area is useful. Breakfast was excellent- plentiful and fresh. One of the best breakfasts we had on our trip.

There are road closures due to a bridge being demolished which meant we couldn’t work out how to get to the car park. Directions to the car park would be really useful.
