This stay was absolutely incredible! I could not recommend this hotel more! The staff made our stay super special before we even arrived at the property with birthday arrangements and giving us a beautiful room with a view. The location was perfect (right by the station and a bus stop), the hotel and rooms themselves are filled with the most beautiful look and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable birthday stay! The spa treatments and facilities were remarkable, we left feeling like a new person. Small details I also loved: the refillable water bottles and station (including sparkling water), the bar area, the facade of the hotel, the friendliest and most accommodating staff.

We arrived late Saturday afternoon and the town was in a grid lock, it took an hour to get into the underground car park next to the hotel, so we were very stressed when we arrived. This was noticed by the staff when we checked in who told us to relax, they got us a drink from the bar and then assisted us with retrieving our luggage from the car. We were travelling with our dog and were given a room on the ground floor so we could open the door to the court yard. They are very dog friendly and we were able to take our dog in the bar and restaurant. We went out for dinner in the evening but wished we stayed in the hotel, as everything was excellent. Despite the traffic when we arrived, the hotel is in a good location, central to shops and restaurants.

Location is exceptional, we arrived by car and there is an underground car park situated outside the hotel which is discounted by the hotel. Hotel is also opposite the Reims train station and is close to many bars and restaurants and points of interest so well worth considering when choosing a hotel in this area. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff we encountered were friendly and the man on reception recommended a brasserie for us so our kids could try snails for the first time and the brasserie was exceptional with friendly staff and great food.

No complaints, we didn't use the spa facilities or restaurant or bar so I can't comment positive or negative but the bar and restaurant did look very nice and inviting

Very stylish decor, beautifully refurbished. Excellent location in the heart of Reims but with great double glazing and sound proofing, we slept very well. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of cold foods.

Room was very small indeed and this should have been reflected in the price. I didn’t feel hotel security was great - anyone could walk in and up to the rooms, also our corridor window was always wide open with access right onto the fire escape.

The hotel has an excellent location on a lively pedestrian street yet it is easily accessible from the highway. There is a large public garage beneath the street with an elevator directly in front of the hotel. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and countertop. We even tried out the sauna - nice way to unwind after a day sightseeing.

We found the breakfast to be overpriced. Better to walk 5 mins down the street to Paul for yummy coffee and croissants. Also the nearby grocery store has a self-service machine that makes freshly squeezed orange juice.

Whenever we visit the Champagne region, we aim to stay at this hotel. Overall, it’s a good choice, the rooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable, and the service is consistently good. We especially enjoy the breakfast and the excellent location. That said, each year the gap between the price and what you actually get feels a bit wider. Still, it remains a pleasant and reliable place to stay in Reims.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Its convenient location within walking distance of the cathedral, restaurants, and other amenities was a significant plus. Additionally, the room was exceptionally quiet, clean, and equipped with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was not only delicious but also generously served. However, the most remarkable aspect of the hotel was its exceptional customer service.

A great location for accessing all that Reims has to offer, very close the the train station too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! The hotel is doing their part for the environment and lend refillable water bottles, along with offering an incentive for reduced cleaning requests during the stay.

The room itself was really small. We had 2 twin beds which were basically touching and we could only just walk down the side of each bed.

Located in Centre Ville no car needed on e you arrive. There are restaurants and shops of every kind everywhere. Walk to Notre-Dame and Reims Museum.

No fridge in room but reception will put your stuff in their main fridge. The threshold to the rooms on the first floor is difficult to ride over in a wheelchair. Assistance is required.

Location is great. Very close to train station and in the city square. Staff is friendly and helpful and you get some champagne if you’re willing to forego daily housekeeping. And they give you refillable glass water bottles to use instead of plastic. Loved that.

Could hear water running through the pipes at all hours. Turned on our white noise app and that took care of it but if you don’t do that plan to hear water running all night.
