Great location, easy to find and to park in the dedicated hotel parking which is close by. The room was lovely, a good size, with a really nice ensuite. The courtyard area is a pleasant spot for an aperitif and is also where breakfast was served (although we didn't have any on this occasion). Short walk to an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars.

No in-built air conditioning which was much missed in the heat of July however a plug-in air conditioning unit was provided which made sleeping a little more comfortable than it otherwise would've been.

First of all, the location is great! Walking distance to the center. We were also able to park the car safely in a garage box in an enclosed parking space behind an apartment building not so far away. The breakfast was simple but good, just a bit too much sweet stuff (jam, honey, Nutella) for us. But this is not really important. The coffee was good. :-) The shower was great - a lot of power, so no jumping from drop to drop.

The room was a bit on the small side and pretty dark. But rooms are just more expensive in big cities, so that is to be expected.

Our room was quite small but workable (would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room), breakfast was very good. Staff all very helpful and professional. The location is excellent so, so easy to get to the most beautiful Gothic cathedral (where in the past Kings were crowned) and even before you get there you will pass handsome buildings (I would recommend seeing both the cathedral and these buildings lit up in the evening). A beautiful city. Just as an aside the Italian restaurant near the hotel called La Villa I would say avoid it, sadly we did not and it was circa £60 - 2 small beers were good but the pizza base on both ours were undercooked and the filling was slimy and inedible. The waiter described it as a “classic”!!!

Nice clean hotel easily found by sat nav. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast for 10 euros which was very good. We stayed overnight as we were driving up to Calais after touring round Europe. One thing to note, we stayed on a Sunday night. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and there aren't a lot of restaurants open on a Sunday night. There's a nice bar/restaurant next to the hotel, Le Chai, where we had a nice pizza, charcuterie board and good wine so that was fortunate. Upon researching there's not a lot open in Reims on a Monday either. The other good thing about the hotel is that for 13 euros we could park our car in a private garage with a locked gate

Perfect location with many shops & cafes nearby. The hotel parking is just a couple minutes walk from the hotel. You get a reserved spot and can bring the car in and out whenever you want. The room was spacious with a big closet. The room was warm but there was a big window we could open which helped a lot.

The pillows were pretty flat and uncomfortable. Otherwise not much to dislike.

Short walking distance from station and town centre. Breakfast was simple but delicious and staff were friendly. We were able to check in early which was very convenient as we had all our bags.

The room is small, but this didn’t bother us. The bathroom is split between toilet and shower which means an awkward walk with between to wash your hands.

Great central location, comfy beds and good shower. We paid for garage parking which was very useful and good value. No air con in our room, (which we knew,) but 2 room fans did the trick as it was still hot & humid (mid sept!!) Beautiful decor in our room. Lovely thoughtful breakfast provided in large individual bowls, containing 2 pieces of fresh fruit, a pot of yoghurt, cheese, honey, butter, jams & chocolate spread. Then delivered to your table was another bowl of hot croissants, bread rolls and pancakes. Tea, coffee and juices all served to you at your table. We ate our breakfast in the courtyard space, but there was also a comfy breakfast room inside. We ate our evening meal in the main part of town which was absolutely buzzing on a Sunday night!

It's a tall 'town house' hotel, so 2 medium flights of stairs to each floor and 4 steps from the street to reception so = 5 flights for us ... with cases! = Hot work haha!

Bathroom very small but suitable for one night stay. Parking was easy enough to access however we struggled to navigate the one-way system back to the hotel to bring the garage key back.

We were looking for a small French small hotel in a quiet location. We were looking for something that had understated quality and not ostentatious, which is such a relief these days from the impersonal large group hotels. This is exactly what we found. Nor far from the busy centre, far enough away to be quite, close to superb French restaurants. Our breakfast in the beautifully restored Roman style enclosed court yard. The hotel was everything and more we had been looking for, it was real and not ostentatious and more than we had expected. We would definitely return when in Reims again.

We were warned in advance about the stairs but the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to help us with our heavy bags (we are older single women). The location was great. Also, I left an expensive bottle of champagne in my room after check out and when I returned for it, they had it waiting at the front desk. Very honest.
