Comfortable bed and good sized room. We got a good nights sleep and surprisingly quiet given it is next to railway station. The breakfast choice was very good. Liked the secure and allocated parking directly next to the hotel.

The toilet flush was exceptionally slow to re-fill. The shower head arm was not secured so the head kept slipping to the bottom of the rail. The safe did not work. We were told that was the case I. All the rooms and reception did offer to store in a central safe in the lobby. We just felt this wasn’t been looked into and that we should have been told when we checked as a known problem.

Good clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Dog friendly. There would have been parking for our 2.1m height car with roof box had we booked in time. As it was we left it on the street nearby. Under 1.9m should always be fine in the carpark right next door. Close enough to centre to walk to cathedral but easy to access from autoroute if breaking up a long car journey to Alps or wherever.

Breakfast at 19 euros a head seemed expensive so we didn’t bother. It would have been nice to just get a coffee and a croissant. Some milk cartons in the room with the coffee would have been good.

I really like the car parking reservation system. We got a code to enter the lot and a dedicated slot assigned. No searching or any trouble, very convenient. Check in and out very very smooth and uncomplicated. Rooms were good value for money. One can access the city center easily by just crossing the rails through the main station and one is with in a short walk to the city center. Also windows are good, one could not hear the train station at all.

Not much to call out here. The gym center is rather basic, but we didn’t intend to use it anyway.

The accommodation is very close to the Station and easy to get to from the motorways around Reims, there is secure car parking at the hotel ( to be paid for) or a public underground car park and the old Town is about 15 minutes walk or a simple tram journey. The accommodation was very clean and had very large beds, the breakfast buffet was very good and starts early 06:30, nice bath and shower in the rooms. Although the hotel only does snacks and drinks there is a 24 hour food and drink dispensing machine opposite the check in desk. There is an excellent restaurant across the which is surprisingly large inside seems to open most but check as many restaurants in Reims have limited opening especially at weekends, probably better to book. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Check in was efficient and welcoming and we were directed to the car park which was only next door so easily managed with bags and children. We'd booked three rooms and we had a Queen Double which had plenty of space, very comfortable bed and I love the fact the loo is separate from the bathroom. There was a good sized table and plenty of seating space. There's a separate small bar area with a tap/kettle/coffee maker. The barman in the evening for a nightcap was very accommodating!

The lighting was very good (compared to so many other hotel rooms) but there's no magnifying mirror in the bathroom for 'seniors' whose eyes aren't as good as they used to be. It's a pod bathroom - the sink area is great but there's no where to put your own toiletries in the shower - and the ones they supply don't include conditioner. But these are petty things in comparison. Not very spacious but did the job.

Modern hotel with a well set up family room - the sofa bed is made up into 2 separate single beds which suited our teenagers. Clean, modern bathroom and separate toilet cubicle which is helpful for a family of 4 in one room for a one night stop over. Lovely toiletries provided. Tiny kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Easy to walk through the station and into Reims for the evening where there are loads of restaurants. Bar in the hotel lobby which was well appointed and staff were friendly. Parking available at the car park next door to the hotel for €12 for 24 hours.

There are no glasses, cups or any cutlery provided in the rooms and for the price paper cups only seemed a bit basic. Coffee pods are provided but we needed to ask for milk (although this was provided with no problem).

Great interconnecting rooms, reception area and breakfast.

We had an issue with our kettle and are aware that we were not the only room to have this issue. The kettle was faulty and despite filling the kettle below the max line, it started overflowing. Thankfully it was not facing anyone and so did not cause any harm to anyone but it did cause the electrics to fuse. Reception did not seem to worry about the possible risks of harm to people. I really hope that they do remove the kettles and replace them.

Everything was perfect, with great attention to the cleanliness of the room. The room was spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The city center can be reached on foot in 12 minutes through an underpass at the train station. The car parking is very convenient, right next to the hotel. The staff was kind and always ready to meet guests' requests.

I have nothing negative to report, just a suggestion to clean the carpet in the hallways.

Nice modern hotel and family room was set up nicely when we arrived.

It’s not clear that you need to go into the hotel and pay for parking at the next door multi-storey car park before you go and enter the car park. Also, the executive family suite is very small for 4 people once the sofa bed is made up. There is no other living space. Only space for the double bed and sofa bed. It’s about 12 mins walk to the main centre of Reims.

Secure outdoor private parking in a gated compound with CCTV. In view of the street, but behind a 2m high metal fence with electric gates.

It’s close to the city centre shops and restaurants, however the direct route is a walk down a poorly lit road lined with commercial buildings and apartment blocks and then through the train station under pass network and out through the main rail station building.
