The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was offered in the morning, thwe quality of the food and the pricing was excellent. The employees at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is walking location of a nice area filled with restaurants and Bistros.

The toilet is very small, but it is to expect in Europe. The Wifi was spotty, they only allow a certain number of guests to sign on the WIFI at the time. The outside of the hotel was under remodeling, which I was not aware when I reserved the room.

Don’t be put off by the unattractive approach from the station and its position on a busy intersection. This Hôtel punches well above its weight in delivering a pleasant experience. It is a small and well managed hotel with every facility required to accommodate a long haul traveller. I had a view looking towards the spire of the lovely Cathedral……a must to visit.

It is easy to walk into the centre of Reims from here through the park. The shower was really good and it was newly refurbished so the decor was fresh and the bed was comfortable. There was parking available in a nearby carpark that was free.

There had been some confusion with our booking and reception didn't know we were coming. When they checked, they found our reservation so it wasn't a problem. They were a bit embarrassed but the room they gave us was nice and, being March, I wasn't worried about there not being a spare room.

Lovely quiet family room that was very large.

We arrived late after a long day of travelling with a lot of luggage, and we had no lift to our room. Prior warning would have been helpful. No offer of help from staff and they did not even hold the front door open to help us get our kids inside the hotel with all the luggage. A way for the front door to stay open would help guests. Quite an expensive option so these small details could maybe boost their rating.

It was a great location, only a short walk through the park to the town centre, my room was clean and quiet, just what i needs[ed for a one night stay. Free parking is available within 100m and the breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with good selection of choices for a good start to the day.

Advertised 2 pm check-in so I scheduled us to be at hotel at 2, before our champagne tasting reservations. We were told at the reception that check in is not until 3 pm. We had to “waste” an hour which really messed up or plans. Upon entering our room the information sheet again stated a 2 pm check in time. I did alert the front desk to have this updated so others would not be in the same predicament we were in. We will see because we return in September for another stay. The hotel is nice, a few quirks, but we do recommend it as a very good hotel.

The location is good, close to the train station and 20mins - 30mins walk from the city center. The staff was nice, helpful and professional and the room was big and clean.

The air conditioner was floor standing and part of the instalation required an open window. Breakfast could have had a few vegetables.

Excellent location in the city centre close to the main railway station. Rooms were clean with new shower/toilet fitments. Staff were welcoming and spoke excellent English at the desk. Breakfast had a good selection with proper coffee machine.

The free WiFi didn't connect but the staff on the desk provided an alternative solution

The property was conveniently located. Clean room and comfortable bed. We had a mix up with a room charge and the staff was so helpful and fixed it right away. So helpful and nice. We were able to stay in the common area of the hotel while we waiting for our train - lovely staff and very nice facilities.

Very helpful staff. Room was very clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety and good value at 10.50 €. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station. Most of the sites in Reims are a short walk away or a short bus/tram ride with a stop in front of the hotel.

The toilet was in a very small space. A large person would have difficulty using it. They are in the process of renovating the bathrooms so this may be remedied in the future.
