From the moment we arrived at this stunning French château, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was truly impeccable...warm, attentive, and effortlessly elegant. Every member of the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and completely taken care of. As Americans this was particularly important to us. The views from the property were simply breathtaking. Rolling countryside, manicured gardens, and historic architecture made every moment feel like a scene from a classic film. We started each day with breakfast served in our room, which was both indulgent and beautifully presented. Truly an unforgettable morning ritual. Dinner at the château's restaurant was a highlight...refined yet comforting cuisine that showcased the best of French culinary tradition, paired with an exceptional wine list and an atmosphere that was both intimate and elegant. To top it all off, the spa was a sanctuary of calm. We enjoyed the hot tubs nightly! Open 24/7 and only steps to a sauna and shower! In every way, this château delivered a flawless experience. Whether you're looking for romance, rest, or simply a taste of French elegance, this is the place to be. We’re already dreaming of our return.

Stunning location and a beautiful property. Nestled amongst the vines with far reaching views. Feels like a dose of luxury staying here and the greeting from the reception staff was wonderful. Lovely bedroom, very comfortable bed and super quiet too. Food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was good albeit pricey and nice not to have to go out to eat in the evening! Enjoyed our aperitif on the terrace and the view at breakfast. Lovely. The relaxation area is small but a nice addition. I understand they are planning to add a full spa and pool which would be a welcome addition.

Parking is at a premium in the evening when the restaurant is busy but not a major issue. Service was slow at the bar and restaurant…very relaxed which was fine for us but might be too much for some. Biggest issue for us…no door to the toilet in our room or even to the bathroom itself. Fully open plan to the room as a whole. We are far from in the first flushes of love (excuse the pun!) but sometimes you need some privacy!!!

We had a wonderful time in the Chateau. The service - especially the reception - was very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and well equipped. We love the double shower! The bed was convenient!

The coice of the lunch and dinner menu is limited. The temperature - as you might expect in a "vintage" building was not all times warm, but OK! The eggs benedict for breakfast was not as excellent as the overall status of the hotel!

We traveled as a family of three, including our four-year-old. Prior to this, we had only been to Paris in France, but thanks to this hotel, we fell in love with the Champagne region, and we will definitely return. The hotel was so incredible that we were thrilled with literally everything - the rooms, the service, the vineyards surrounding it, the barrel, and the unbelievable breakfasts. We highly recommend this hotel.

However, the steaks at the restaurant left a different impression, but it did not affect our overall impression of the hotel; it is truly magnificent.

Dream Chateau in the middle of the wine yards and close to Reims. View from the room was incredible and the room itself was very comfortable. Staff was beyond nice and they provided a bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday and it’s a super dog-friendly hotel (and restaurant). It’s a bit on the pricey side but money super well spent and we will definitely return and recommend to any of our friends.

We were speechless as our car drove towards this hotel. Just beautiful. A beautiful castle in a large vineyard is a fairy tale.And it has a lot of professional and enthusiastic staff. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were delicious. The hotel also has an extensive collection of champagne for guests.

Beautiful boutique hotel situated perfectly in between Épernay and Reims. The surrounding villages were peaceful with some friendly local winemakers. Chateau de Sacy is a perfect oasis, overlooking the vineyards. A beautifully tranquil setting, with character and comfort. The staff were all charming and couldn’t do enough to assist us… including delivering champagne to us in the Norwegian hot tubs! The food surpassed our expectations for ‘hotel food’, and was in our opinion better than a lot of the food we had eaten across the weekend in Reims. Overall, the feeling was that our expectations were surpassed immensely and we’d love to visit again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

Uber availability/wait time vs. the high cost of local taxi’s. But out of the hotels hands! Would have enjoyed a more extensive list of champagnes by the glass so we could sample and compare.

Not a big gripe but for such a quality residence the gym/ spa was a little underwhelming … probably not a big selling point but if you promote it it needs to be a real resource

A lovely little Chateau recently restored. We came across Chateau de Sacy a few years before when it was empty and in need of repair. When we returned and saw it restored we were shown around and promised ourselves to return and stay. We had a beautiful and spacious room overlooking the village and vineyards.

This chateau is in a beautiful location with gorgeous views surrounded by rolling hillsides covered in vines. The rooms are lovely, the restaurant and bar is first class but best of all are the staff who are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough to make your experience perfect. Special call outs for Louise who is wonderful and Fabienne at breakfast full of life and warmth.

Nothing, even the boiler breaking down for both nights could not detract from a fantastic stay. See you again next year.
