Very conveniently placed as right next to tram stop and coach station. Room was nice and the bed was very nice, shower was good as was the air con. The breakfast is continental and nice choices. Coffee and juice too. Also some cereals. There is a restaurant next door which gives 10% off if you're staying here. Just show your bill. We didn't use the parking bit there's plenty. Very quiet.

The vending machine seems a bit temperamental as didn't give us our drinks and it's not owned by the hotel.

Difficult to contact before my visit, phone numbers did not work and email not answered. However we arrived after 10pm and the reception was manned. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room quiet and both room and bathroom were clean, shower hot. Breakfast adequate. For the price we paid I reckon this was excellent value for money and I would use again.

The room was small but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very conveniently situated off the motorway in a new business district. Coming in from the car park by the back door entrance does not look very salubrious, but inside it is bright and smart. There is a drinks and soup vending machine in the foyer and a Boucherie restaurant next door, plus other restaurants on the park. The tram stop outside presumably takes one into the centre of Reims for sightseeing.

Steve, our host, greeted us with warmth and humour. Our rooms were clean & spacious with luxurious bed. The breakfast was delicious. Check in was smooth and efficient. We slept well and woke refreshed, ready for our onward journey. Thanks so much Steve for an excellent stay. Your pleasant, gracious help was much appreciated.

Clean, very well planned hotel. Seems rather new and has very fresh furnishings and designs. Great breakfast buffet... I recommend that extra for sure! I loved that they had hooks in entry for a coat and a set of hooks high on the wall for my hanging toiletry bag. Water pressure was adequate and the bathroom vanity had adequate lighting.

Entrance was on the opposite side of the parking, that felt odd when arriving after dark, I struggled to find the way in!

Great Location, either heading south or north...around 2.30 mins from Calais, a nice drive. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Just on the outside of Reims, in a pleasant town you can walk around. Also peaceful location.

Nice hotel for a short stay! The staff was friendly and the reception is open all day long making it easy to check in even at night. The parking lot is good and has access only with the access code so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your car. The location is great with easy and quick access to the highway as well as supermarkets in the nearby area.

Great location for a stopover on the way through France. Clean and tidy, simplistic modern room, Very good value. The hotel does not provide evening meals but there is an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

Car park entrance a little difficult to find and access. A code was needed which we didn't get until we registered. A bit 'chicken and egg'.

Staff stayed available very very late for our check in, attitude was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, well prepared and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good and hot and again, very very clean

Nothing, the stay was very positive and we shall stay again.

Secure parking, very clean and comfortable room, English speaking staff, next to the tram station which took us into Reims city centre in about 15 minutes (€4.50 for a day pass).

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room (but there is a vending machine in the foyer).
