It’s a great stop off within 3 hours of the Eurotunnel and minutes from the autoroute. The car park is full of CCTV which is reassuring when traveling with a roof box. Breakfast is very good and there is a very convenient Courtepaille next to the hotel. The bed is quite comfortable and the room was quite clean (apart from the shower for some reason). The smell in reception is amazing.

Hallways are looking a little worn now and the shower seemed to have been missed when the room was cleaned. 90 minute wait for a table for dinner despite restaurant not looking too busy. Luckily the Courtepaille was able to accommodate with no issue.

Great location for a motorway stopover on way down France. Large pool - refreshing - pick up towels from reception - near to bar and hotel restaurant. Nice ambience with lots of seating areas. Boules. Half decent dinner menu but plenty of the usual options nearby (walking) if you prefer to escape. Away from town centre. Car park with space. Good breakfast.

Bit steep on the price (as Novotels often are) - we were at about 250euros for bed and breakfast for 3. About 70Euros dinner for 3 - no desserts. 14euros for a gin and tonic with a local Reims distilled gin. But it’s a Novotel so you know what you’ll get. Ibis right next door I guess if one wants an alternative option. We booked late.

I stayed here yesterday for a quick stopover and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were fantastic—especially Mrs. Khadija, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and generous, and the outdoor pool was a great bonus for relaxing after a long drive.

The room was comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed that the bathroom didn’t have a bidet, which would’ve made it more complete in terms of amenities.

Our family of four recently stayed at Novotel Reims Tinqueux on our way back to the UK from a ski trip, and we had a great experience. The hotel’s location was perfect for our journey, allowing us to travel from Reims to Calais on a single charge. The on-site Tesla charging points were incredibly convenient and made our travel planning much smoother. We arrived in the early evening, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at ease right away. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was an excellent choice. The food was top-notch – I would highly recommend the filet steak for any meat lovers out there. The quality and preparation exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, Novotel Reims Tinqueux was the perfect stopover, and we would definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for families, EV travelers, and anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a delicious meal.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The double bed was fine for us, but the sofa bed for our two kids was less than ideal. One side was comfortable, but the other felt like sleeping on a rock. If we stay again, we’d prefer two single beds for the children instead.

Good size quiet room with sofa for relaxation and very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent restaurant on site offering good variety of food and wine. There is a large recreational area to the rear of the hotel which is a great facility for families with children or dog owners.

Proper cups or mugs to make tea and coffee are a must. The silly paper cups on offer are just not suitable for anything other than an expresso, and we don’t all drink that. Drinking coffee out of a glass designed for the bathroom wasn’t ideal.

Great location just off the motorway. A modern, spacious hotel and with great facilities. Rooms were clean, well equipped and the air con was a bonus. The swimming pool and surrounding areas were a great addition and very relaxing after a long drive. Food and drink options were plentiful and dining either outside or in by the pool. Staff were very friendly and professional and the hotel never seemed too busy even though it was peak season and the car park full. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for a journey to / from the UK and the Channel Tunnel to the south of France. We've stayed here twice now - good restaurant, breakfast, and pool. Everything that we needed, and there's a supermarket and petrol across the road.

The family rooms are a little small for a family of four - not much room left after you've also brought your luggage in. However, it is was only a one night stopover it wasn't a huge problem, and we'd stay here again because it was so convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff make the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. Large comfortable room. Very nice food in the restaurant.

For some reason the hotel wasn't taking bookings for the restaurant that day (on previous visits they did) and so it was an unnecessary scamble of people at 19.00 when the restaurant opened. The coffee making facilities in the room could be better supplied as there was no milk on this visit.

Perfectly located just off the A26 to Calais; the Novotel is a bright and modern hotel. Our room was clean and well equipped with a kettle and hair dryer. The shower was excellent and hot water was plentiful. We had burger and fries from the (limited) menu in the restaurant (come breakfast) area, which was well cooked and came with enough fries in the mock fries-basket. With a small glass of champagne (well you have too really) and some Reims Beer we were happy. The cooked breakfast options of scrambled egg, streaky bacon and small sausages, was very welcome on our way to the UK. [Although the sausages were missing on the return trip!] Serve your own coffee from the machine was adequate with proper mugs. Milk BTW is on the other side of the room with the cereals, as are the jams. Overall, a clean modern hotel with cheerful helpful staff perfectly located with free parking - we will be stopping there again!

Would have liked the TV to be movable for more comfortable viewing from the provided sofa, but understand that this might get broken. Could be a long walk from some rooms for those with mobility issues.
