Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, at reception, in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, and the cleaning staff. We were staying 6 nights and we asked if we could have a room overlooking the back of the hotel and we were moved after our first night. Excellent breakfast: abundant, buffet style, great choice in a lovely setting, and with glasses of Crémant d’Alsace if you chose to drink some with your breakfast! Lovely dinner too. Non intrusive classical music in the restaurant. Excellent location: in a residential area, alongside the river Ill. Strasbourg centre is in walking distance, about 15/20mn, on a lane at the back of the hotel, following the river. Or you can choose to take the tram, at the end of the street, very convenient and comfortable and with only a few stops to the centre. Small, simple but comfortable room with all you need. We would return and recommend the hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like but opening the back gate at the back of the car park would allow quicker access to the walking/cycling lane to Strasbourg rather than having to go to the end of the street to find the lane.

A bit a of a dodgey trading estate. But it is fine and great value, it is basic but clean. Manager was brilliant and insisted that I leave my bike in the lobby. A really nice thought. There is a great Chinese buffet a short drive away which is a bonus.

Well the tv was really small, but it worked fine.

It was a bolt hole for a trip to Zurich. So arrived late left early and for the price we paid our expectations were low but overall it was exactly what we wanted!

It is unbelievably cheap for an en suite room

No noise from adjacent rooms but noise in the corridors which are very echoey.

Receptionist was lovely, very helpful, spoke some English and recommended a good place for dinner. The bed was firm, very comfy and clean, as was the room. A quiet night.

Shame the wifi couldn't have just been a little stronger, it was in the hall but not in the room. A cost but sort of expected these days even at the budget level. The room was on the smaller side certainly but was only E42!

The receptionist was lovely. The accommodation was perfectly good. Just not what I was expecting. It looked like a detention centre. No problem with that. It worked perfectly. I enjoyed my stay. And I'd definitely would recommend it.

Wi-Fi is really bad. Had to use my personal phone for hotspot to do the work.

Good clean accommodation. You normally know what to expect from this chain and at this price.
