Very good location for some nights to stay in the surroundings of Reims. Hotel is clean, Staff is friendly and English speaking without problems. Breakfast is ok for the hotel class. and especially for the price. You won`t leave hungry in the morning, I assume. Bed was comfortable to find a good sleep. Quiet location with loads of restaurants around. A big advantage in my eyes is as well the free parking. That`s actually a problem with hotels closer to the city in general in Reims. Either there is no parking and you have to find a public parking, or you have to pay at least EUR 20,- per day. Here for free, so perfect solution, as the city is close for a car ride anyway.

Nothing negative I can recall now. Everything was according the hotel class and I was not expecting a luxury hotel. Rooms are small but functional and clean.

Nice tidy, clean room. Comfy bed! Great location for a group of us travelling from the UK looking to stop for one night before continuing onwards. Needed somewhere with a secure car park and outside of the Reims LEZ which this hotel was perfect for. Contacted in advance regarding room requirements and they were happy to help.

Was busier than we expected on a weekday and at times felt like it was going to be a bit loud overnight with larger groups staying but this was no fault of the hotel and the staff were very kind / reassuring. Walls are not too soundproof so could hear next doors TV / phone calls but still slept well. To be expected for a hotel at this value.

This was an overnight stay to break up a long journey between UK and Austria. The location was perfect for that. The staff were very friendly and in particular I would like to thank Matthieu for his help and professionalism

The insulation wasn’t that good. The guests in the next room were very noisy. I don’t think they realised that their voices were very loud and they talked until the early hours. Not good when you need a good night’s sleep before a 12 hour drive the following morning! Also, the decor was a bit brash. Ditching the lime green graffiti type writing on the doors and walls and using calmer colours (eg not lime green) would be more conducive to a restful stay.

I have stayed before and would stay again if driving past en route to somewhere else. The hotel is pretty new and a few minutes from the motorway, close to eating options. Good secure and ample parking. Welcoming and efficient staff. Room was basic but completely functional and fine for an overnight stop. Breakfast was pleasant and had reasonable amount of choice for this class of hotel. All reasons why I was happy to be a repeat guest.

Nothing - all was good and as expected.

when simple is done well it serves the traveller. hotel was very clean and easy. I 100% valued the on-site friendly 24 hour staff presence.. (unusual for the budget ranges too often). The room was simple, compact, and like a Swedish wooden toy... we slept well and enjoyed an old French film on the tv. We didn't access the wifi. The pillows were a tad minimal and more like little balloons but we anyway take our own. I liked looking/checking our car (full of important stuff that we often feel the need the need to decant into the room.).. from the window (you need to ask for specific rooms if that's important). The car park is gated and lit. Breakfast was continental simple and tasty... cooked items at budget hotels are invariably awful so we didn't miss them. corridors are well-lit and clean and cheerful, with plenty of stairways. The location is very USA Mall like and there are various chain restaurants nearby (walking or car)... we ate just fine if different from our usual choices.

the lights on the bed headboard are a bit glary.

Very conveniently located close to the Motorway (but far enough that noise wasn't an issue) The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room and facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable and there was dedicated and secure parking.

I was alone in a triple room (double bed with single bunk above) so space was adequate. It would have been a squash if we had been 3 people. Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The staff was very friendly, told us everything needed to know where to eat, discounts and shops around the area. It was very helpful. The room was clean and it’s comfy for one night stay. We didn’t manage to try breakfast as we checked out early but from smelling as we passed it must be good.

The walls were very thin, we could hear the neighbours making loud noises but it’s ok. Still managed to sleep well.

Great location just off the motorway, perfect for us on our drive down to Strasbourg from the UK. Check in was seamless, the staff were very nice and helpful and the room was nice. All we needed to get our heads down for the night. The car park also felt very secure (not that the area suggested it was required by any means).

The only thing we could fault was that the bed was hard and it’s wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been. However, I’d say the rate we paid probably reflected that so I can’t really complain too much.

We all know what ibis rooms are like and this one was again clean and had all we needed. We stayed here before heading to the shuttle and it was ideal. The location was good in that it was easy to find and exit onto a main road the next morning. But also it had many food outlets within walking distance and your ibis booking confirmation gave 10% off restaurant meals (not fast food). Also the secure parking was free.

Everything about this hotel is great. It doesn't feel like a "budget" this is my sixth IBIS in 6 days and this is by far the nicest. Discount at local restaurants is offered. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Rooms are well lite and bright. There is a motorway outside but the soundproofing is very good (good since I'm a light sleeper). Bathroom feels modern and clean (uncommon for IBIS). Staff assisted with route planning our onward journey and were happy to talk about where we had come from and where we were heading. Parking is secure and there is plenty of spaces. No keys, it's all code access (very modern). Great hotel!

I don't like that all ibis arent like this. They should visit here and try to be more like this. Breakfast range is a little less than at other ibis (even less than other budget ibis)
