Friendly, helpful and incredibly hardworking receptionist. Perfect location for an overnight stop to break up the journey between Eurotunnel and the Alps. Lots of other hotels, restaurants and a big supermarket in the area for meal options and fuel. Provided a family room with bunk bed for the 4 of us to sleep together, without booking additional rooms or children having to share a double bed - much appreciated. Room was on the ground floor and overlooking car park, which I was concerned would be noisy but wasn't - everybody was here to sleep. Towels were provided (even though the booking email said they wouldn't be). Everything clean and comfortable.

Rooms a bit tired / tatty - it's definitely not a luxury hotel, and it was fairly expensive as we were travelling at a busy time. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic (cereal, bread, orange juice, coffee) and was too busy.. (but was cheap enough). Car park spaces a bit short and watch out for the high kerbs.

For the price, it's very good! The building looked well kept and renovated. Staff was friendly. Simple but very affordable breakfast. Free outdoor parking. It is a good choice for a stop in a longer road trip.

Bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Double bed could be larger and pillows could be a bit thicker. Walls are thin, so you can hear other guests talking in their rooms. Finally, at 2 in the morning there was some quite loud noises of someone loading a truck with a forklift just behind the building.

When we arrived at the property I was surprised to see the 1 star above the door as after staying there I would 100% say it had many traits of a 1.2 or possibly a 1.3 star hotel. It was considerably better than sleeping out side especially considering it was raining quite hard that night. The staff were amazing and a big shout out goes to the handy man for hand crafting a new locking mechanism for a draw from scratch while we looked on for 10 minutes in awe awaiting service.

The part when we were give a room key to a room that was already occupied by 2 gentleman.

Great location for a stop over en route to another destination. The hotel, room and facilities were as expected and for the price were excellent value for money. We had the breakfast, which was basic, but "all you can eat" and was also good value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very small but met our requirements.

Perhaps a bit more choice for breakfast. I would have happily paid more for a continental style with meat, cheese etc.

Great location and pricing, which are the main reasons for selecting the hotel. Checking-in very late is no problem, and the checkout was done quickly. Size of the room is very small, but fine for its purpose. Size of the bed is great, however, a little hard. Bathroom was fine, very clean. For a quick and cheap overnight the perfect solution. Definitely recommended.

This hotel was much better than I expected. I had read some bad reviews which were unfounded as it turned out. It's a budget hotel, not the Ritz, but for what it costs it does the job. A good place to stay over en route through France, near to restaurants to easily eat out. The woman on the desk was really friendly and responsive, the room was clean, the breakfast in the morning was cheap and cheerful and there were towels in the rooms which I hadn't expected. So overall a good experience.

The hotel is very close to the motorway so it is easy access when travelling through. It is within a commercial area so there are shops and restaurants nearby. The parking is also quite good and can accommodates small vans too though it does get busy in the evenings. Staff were super helpful as I was arriving after reception closed.

The hotel does not have a 24hr reception.

Beds were comfy. car parking was plentiful and free. Very easy to get too. Easy to get into reims itself which was lovely. Shower in the room was great.

There were some rough edges to the hotel, some holes half filled out filled with expanding foam, but we didn't expect perfection just somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep on our way south.

Great to have a 4 bed room option. Perfect for one night stop over from UK to north Italy. Disembarked Calais 7/8pm, slept well in Reims from midnight, and back on road refreshed the following morning. Heading to Lake Como, so this F1 is a good place to decide onward route, as several options emerge after Reims.

A toaster at breakfast would make it ideal!

Easy to access and exit... plenty of parking spaces... For me it was just a place to stop and rest before moving on Easy check in and check out... friendly staff.. Breakfast is available and very reasonable price The reception and breakfast area are very clean and spacious.. The room was adequate for my needs as a solo traveler.. Comfortable bed....TV... small desk.. two electric sockets and a double USB charging port by the bed... Ensuite shower and toilet... shower cubicle a little on the small side but very good water flow... For me I have used the F1 chain in the past so know that its basic.. clean and very good value for money... And this hotel is better than most...
