The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It was half way stop from the UK down to the French ski area. Parking is very convenient, although not secured (this didn't bother us). There was some time in gaining entry but hardly surprising as we were arriving around midnight. The beds aren't quite as comfy as I remember them but maybe I just had a bad night due to travelling. It wouldn't put me off staying again (we've stayed a couple of times before).

Breakfast could always be a little cheaper for those who just want a coffee and croissant in the morning - maybe a pay as you go, rather than a flat cost for everything. Or maybe a coffee machine to get you on your way.

Great position, just off the motorway, with lots of places close by for shopping and to eat. The hotel has superb parking, helpful and friendly staff and is really clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed, good shower, all the basics.

Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room or available in a vending machine or similar. Was a bit lost without a nice coffee when we got back in the evening.

Comfortable bed, friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet rooms and good location (close to the motorway, Chinese restaurant, supermarket and fuel).

Shower cleaning needs to be enhanced. Mould beginning to appear on grout and silicone sealant badly stained. Two stair treads in stairwell missing and could be a trip hazard.

Room was made up how I had asked - 2 single beds and the sofa bed (teenage children don't want to share a bed). Hotel is in a quiet area but close to a large shopping centre. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had to move the sofa bed as something fell on the floor underneath it and it was very dusty underneath. People in the room next to us kept slamming their door multiple times in evening and early morning.

Great location - travelling through France towards the Alps. Needed an overnight stopover. Close to motorway. Great rooms - family room booked (adjoining room) - tea/coffee facilities, good shower facility, beds really comfy and very quiet. Room windows had shutters if you wanted to use those.

Check-in was easy, the staff directed us to the nearest restaurants and generally the hotel was quiet. The close proximity to the motorway makes it a perfect place to stop over. Breakfast was very good value for money.

After a long drive it is a shame that a long walk was required to get something to eat.

The best is it is near from motorway. Superb for family as the rooms are interconnected with toilets in each room.Good size double bed.tea facilities provided. Staff is nice and friendly.Easy for late check in. We stayed twice in this hotel.

The breakfast, cramped food layout meant awkward queues and inadequate food (only one type of cheese and in plastic wrapper!) that wasn’t replenished quickly enough, (of the 3 plates of meat on offer only one had two slices of ham on it, this was left for at least 20 minutes.) Juices were not refilled either.

Overall this was a great hotel for the price. As an American traveler, a staff that is friendly and welcoming is very important. The lady at the desk was very nice. The rooms were clean and warm. The facilities were clean and smelled sanitized. We will gladly stay in this hotel again.

The property is well maintained and very well laid out and the staff are excellent, friendly and approachable

The walls are very thin which allows the noise to travel, in particular the doors banging and the electric shutters
