Surprised its changed hands....was premiereclasse, now Fast hotels :-/ needs a lick of paint imo. Same with rooms, but they were ok for a stop over. No real issues.

Easy to book in (no staff). ok for an over night stop over.

Construction works started just before midnight.... Excavator hammering some pilings into ground, drilling/sawing...VERY LOUD. this was 100yds away but sounded like next door :-o (not hotels fault, but annoying)

That it was tidy and clean

Nothing but the shower hook need putting on would have been better. Also trying to put the heating on but couldn’t which was annoying. Beside that everything’s was nice.

location was great for me as was going on to Paris the next day

machines for auto checkin didn’t work so I had to walk over to the reception and it was late evening and dark and a little inconvenient.

It is a cheap hotel, previously Premiere Classe, now called Fasthotel. Located in a small hotel zone on the outskirts of Reims, it is easily accessible by car with free parking. The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller, but I already know this style of cheap hotels and I am prepared to accept it when I pay reasonable (low) price for it. For a short one-night sleep it is OK. There was not much noise from outside and everything more-less worked as expected, The receptionist spoke English and even replied to e-mails and phone calls, which is not always a case. So it is "you get what you paid for", but not bad for its cheap price.

The opening hours of the reception published here on booking.com were incorrect, the reception is open between 6:15-12:00 and between 16:00-23:00 hours on weekdays, they start at 7:00 on weekends. The receptionist luckily confirmed it to me on my request, as we arrived long after 21:00, which was the time published on booking.com.
