Comfortable and clean room. Nice location next to the river.

We waited 20 mins at an empty desk to check in. It made the request to check in online in advance pretty pointless. When the receptionist eventually turned up she didn’t even acknowledge that we had been kept waiting. Breakfast was good except for the prosciutto which had been folded into impossible little parcels which needed to be pulled apart before eating. We thought maybe that’s what had kept the receptionist busy when she should have been checking people in. But either way prosciutto origami seemed rather baffling.

Excellent hotel, we have stayed here a couple of times before. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable room with lovely bedding. Toiletry’s in the bathroom gorgeous.

We ate in the restaurant, food was delicious however the service was poor . Long wait for drinks which arrived eventually when we had almost finished our starters. Main course plates not cleared away, we eventually just got up & left the table. Such a contrast to the rest of the hotel staff & amenities.

The 'quirkiest' hotel I have ever stayed in......and it's a Mercure! So much comfortable seating area and fascinating art everywhere. Perfect location for easy access. Stated 'mobility issues' on booking form and was given nearby room with excellent bathroom.....well done! Dining area also very arty and food good and reasonable with plenty of vegetarian options.....which I chose even though I am not vegetarian

Bed was rather small.....smallest we have ever had in a Mercure

The room was great clean all the facilities and the beds are very comfy. It had a mini bar that actually worked so many hotels offer but they are not working . The staff were very friendly . The breakfast was great me as a coffee drinker like more than filter but ir tasted good . I WILL DEFINATELY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN

The only thing thats lets it down is it looks a little shabby on the outside it needs a little paint or cleaning but once inside you forget about that fact.

The property was in a good location outside the centre of Reims so took around 45 mins to walk which was fine as you could visit champagne houses a long the way and parks. An Uber cost around €12 one way but the hotel also had bikes you could hire etc. The hotel is fairly modern decor.

We upgraded the room once we arrived as there were a lot of children and dogs so the first room we were assigned we could hear loud noises. Hearing dogs bark is not relaxing. The room did not have air con, just a temperate control and a small vent but it did not seem to change the temperature. The room we upgraded to was on the ground floor near the main area of reception and could get noisy with people playing foosball.

I recieved a warm welcome at a late night check in (00:30hrs) by the receptionist who was fluent in English thereby saving me the embarrassment of using my school boy French. Arriving so late I had a concern the secure car would already be full - I need not have worried as there was a section round the back that was only half full. The room was large, clean and well furnished. The bed was especially comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat and was very welcome on such a hot night (24c). Breakfast was a help yourself buffet and was worth the extra.

It was all good.

A convenient overnight stop on the outskirts of Reims Pleasant and comfortable, easy to find and no problems with parking. Room was pleasant and I enjoyed a barbequed fish meal.. Some aspects of the decor are a little quirky but that adds to the interest for this modern "out of town" hotel.

Small point to improve room - would have liked grab rails in bathroom as shower was an over bath type.

A well decorated hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of easy parking. We were concerned about being so far out of town but Ubers are plentiful and easy to get around. Plenty to eat and breakfast.

The AC was weak and didn't do a good job of cooling our room in the summer.

We love this hotel for its location, decor and a place to unwind when travelling through France. Lovely drinks from the bar. Fun Photo Booth!

This year, we were disappointed with the restaurant. Poor quality cuisine for the price paid.
