Good location 5 minute easy walk from the centre of the city. Helpful staff and generally a good experience. Nice sized room and the bed and pillows were lovely and comfy. Good hot shower and excellent water pressure. There is a kettle and coffee, tea in the room which was handy. The underground car park was excellent and useful as parking is tricky otherwise. We booked a spot before we arrived. There was a Q7 in there for size reference, although it is quite cosy!

Unable to control the aircon in the room which is pre set at 23 degrees and we found it way too warm. Had to sleep with open windows which was noisy as our room overlooked the main road at the back. We had to use earplugs in the end. I understand the environmental savings, but not at the expense of comfortable sleeping.

Nice breakfast; comfortable room and beds. Staff was very helpful and friendly, Nice lounge/bar near entrance. Would stay here again if we ever come to Reims. In walking distance to main attractions in Reims.

Hotel recently changed their check-in time to 4 PM, which I think is ridiculous. Initially, they wanted to charge us extra for accessing the room a bit earlier, but fortunately, a helpful staff member eventually waved the fee and gave us our keys to use the room. Not a lot of restaurants very close to the hotel, which is in a quiet, residential area, but various restaurants are in reasonable walking distance.

Large hotel with good basic facilities, close to the center. We did not take the breakfast so cannot judge that.

Nothing we really disliked but just a warning that you need to book your parking spot in advance, which we didn't do. Parking in the street is okay in terms of price, but streets can be narrow so it's safer to park in their reserved parking.

The room was really good and spacious enough for the family of 3. I really liked that an extra bed was a normal one, full-sized with the same height as the main bed. Also I liked that shower and toilet were separated, it is really convenient. The location is also good, very close to the Cathedral and the main tourist attractions.

The only minor inconvenience was that the sound-proofing in the room is not perfect, and it was possible to hear people, walking and talking in the hallway.

Very dog friendly, great rooms great area - friendly and helpful folk. Would stay again. Visited Christmas market - 20 mins walk - and listened to the football just across the river both great fun. Breakfast and evening salad buffet are great.

Checkout was 1 hour earlier than stated on the in room guide - 11 o'clock rather than 12. Wanted to use the room on return from market at 11:30 - toilet and dog feed visit prior to setting off for home - but got politely kicked out - the room had been cleaned while we were at the market. Other than that the visit was very positive.

Location, room and breakfast were good

Disappointed to find Restaurant was closed for 'work' when we specifically requested a table for 2 for evening meal when we originally booked! Lucky we managed to eat in a 'Mercure' across the street, as nothing else available locally. Parking was safe but tricky the in underground carpark of the Hotel, even with our Mini. Overall, I think it was very expensive for a 'Campanile', but I guess that is because of old town location.

Clean comfortable good breakfast

I applaud your efforts to encourage more green behaviour from your guests BUT it seems hypocritical to then only provide disposable cups in the bedroom rather than proper re-usable mugs. Plug in room 414 didn't work so had to run tap constantly to wash face. Would have been useful to have been informed of the evening closure of the restaurant before we arrived, & the low emission zone so we could have ordered a disc before our trip.

Campanile is a budget choice but exceeded expectations on delivery. Staff were very friendly, from reception to restaurant to room service. Room was a good size, in good order. Breakfast was excellent. A cosy bar too. The secure underground parking a bonus. It is an easy walk to the Cathedral, taking less than 15mins or turn right and take the 20 mins walk to the Basilique Saint-Remis, which is well worth a visit. On the way into town you can wander through the residential streets for the first part, and then pass several bars and good places to eat. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Rooms and Bathroom are Comfortable and Spacious. Hotel is very Clean and Well maintained . Restaurent and Breakfast Area is good .We had the Breakfast and it was quite Decent . The sleep quality is very good . Beds and Mattresses are very nice .to sleep. Layout of the Room is keeping in mind the comfort of the Guest. The staff at the reception were very helpful and check-in process was very easy .The reception Staff also helped us with the Main sightseeing places and gave us a map and suggested some good places to eat and drink

The Location of the Hotel is a bit away from the main city centre. Hotel is located About 15 Minutes Walk from Reims Cathedral .The name of the Hotel and description suggests that the Hotel is located just next to the Reims Cathedral which is not very accurate. Every time we had to take a taxi to the main city Centre as its not very easily walkable

Great location, a ten minute walk to the cathedral and restaurants etc. the room was comfortable, very clean and had a safe, which we really appreciated.

Ok, the car park is very tight but ok unless you have a large car with box on top, we were completely unaware until we were down and had gone through the first low beam! Fortunately we were able to park without going further in but it was extremely difficult
