My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Brit Hotel for one night during our road trip through France. Our stay was not only comfortable but also deeply heartwarming. After leaving the hotel, I accidentally left a very precious watch in my room. It was a gift from my daughter during her vacation job and held such profound meaning. I was devastated when I realized I had lost it. However, Ms Tea, a housekeeper at the hotel, found the watch and quickly contacted me to ensure its safe return. I was deeply moved by Ms Tea's honesty and attentiveness. She not only demonstrated professional ethics but also made me realize the kindness and beauty of human nature. Such actions deserve praise and sharing! Thank you to Brit Hotel for cultivating such excellent staff and to Ms Tea for making my trip such an unforgettable experience. I hope the hotel will continue to maintain its high-quality service, and I wish Ms Tea all the best in her future endeavors! Dog friendly and helpful staff :) was able to park right outside the room, too. I liked the bed and found it comty but my friend found it too hard so really is a personal preference. I was happy with it though :) I really like that in the middle of the night the resident cat tried to come into the room until I got too excited and scared him off. Fair enough really...

The toilet seat kept falling and hitting my back when on the loo. That's it though really I think.

Comfortable bed, excellent staff, air conditioning worked. Parking, easy and safe under the room. My wife became ill, and staff drove me to the local pharmacy, where all was dealt with effectively. Good TV.

Other guests' noise. Rooms very tightly packed and walls not very well insulated. The bathroom is best suited to a small boat. A challenge to keep dry.

Clean comfy, double bed, nice shower, quiet room, the vending machine had some ready meals options as well, which was great. The checking through automatic system was great, I arrived very late, so this was handy.

The vending machine at the reception didn't accept card and only accepted coins. WiFi password could have been mentioned somewhere in the room as well, I looked for it after the shower, so couldn't be bothered to go out to reception to find out.

Good hotel for a roadtrip and to explore Champagne with a car. Lots of parking and in a quiet area. Cameras to check the car. Our car was loaded and it was not broken into. Easy access from the road and good rooms.

Bathrooms are small, looks like a bunker, but it serves the purpose. A lot of workers for the vineyards are there too, so you might feel sketched out, but they are there to work, so don’t worry.

The bed was extremely comfortable and room very clean.

The main issue was how rude the staff was to me in the morning the next day. I arrived late 23:30, booked hotel last minute because of an issue where I first booked, so had to drive much longer than expected. I called to ask for a late checkout, placed on hold and then disconnected. No call back. Tried calling again and could not get through. Walked to front desk - no one was there, so the part above not due to being busy. Then the two people at the front desk both took a call, made me wait and the experience was extremely rude I paid over 150 euros for a 12 hour stay. My French is very bad at this point, but I had the sense they did not like me speaking English and why they were so rude. I told them everything I just wrote, so I made it clear and it also felt very intentional.

Excellent breakfast, both continental and English breakfasts available. Particularly liked the facility to boil eggs yourself so they were just right. Room was larger than I expected. Comfortable bed

My GPS could't find this street which is totally Bookings fault: Booking give the address and Reims as city but it should be Taissy! However, my telephone took me there by giving driving instructions by voice (I can't look at the map while driving).

The room was clean and tidy comfortable bed . We checked in late and was up late for breakfast but the lady on the desk said no problem and got us a mixture of bread yogurt drinks and crassants which were lovely. She was lovely and very helpful.

Easy to find just off the motorway. Not far from several restaurants and boulangerie in the morning. Perfect for an overnight stop. Very friendly staff.

The room was very small but then again it wasn't expensive so you get what you pay for.
