Staff was absolutely amazing truly so kind and helpful and fluent in both English and French. Location is great for either just an overnight hotel while crossing france but also only 10min drive or 20min bus ride from center of Reims. Bed was comfy and all you'd want.

Our overhead shower unfortunately didn't work but the handheld one did. The room was quite dusty and the shutters wouldn't close properly and seemed quite broken. Breakfast is minimal I would say however for what you pay for the room, more than enough.

The downstairs room was good. A good nights sleep even though the weather was very hot. the breakfast was very good. Easy to find from the A4.

Could have done with a fan. We had to leave the window open a little to cool down, as the weather was very hot.

The lad on reception who checked us in was very friendly. Room was fairly spacious and the bed very comfortable although the pillows were a bit on the thin side. ( luckily I brought my own in the car with me) Shower was excellent and simple to use

Easy to find off motorway. Outside Reims clean air zone. Easy, free, off-road parking. Handy overnight stop. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Clean room, adequate size. TV. Free WiFi. Good for a budget hotel.

My only minor dislike was the bed because it slightly dipped in the middle (despite that, I slept well!).

Basic but great value for money. Not far from the motorway, and only 10 mins drive to Reims centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, great shower, comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet location. Perfect for a stop on our journey back to the UK from the south of France.

Easy access from the motorway, easy to find. Overnight stay on the way to Calais, near food outlets and supermarket. Gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast simple but good value.

A very good room with a comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. And easy to find off the A4.

It was very hot and cold have done with a fan. No Kettle to make a drink and there were no other means of getting a drink..

The room was very clean and confortable. I called to request for an early booking which was granted to me. The breakfast was yummy with warm croissants and bread. I was also allowed an extra 1h for the check-out free of charge.

The location was perfect and the staff extremely helpful + outstanding

Salon, who runs the hotel , was not only excellent but a lifesaver. I tested positive for Covid while there and he helped me get breakfast in my room, helped me with my train & taxi reservations, all while keeping his staff & other customers safe.

Kyriad Direct WiFi barely functions. It doesn’t at all in the guest rooms. Salon showed me the other hotel WiFi which does work in the rooms.

Basic but comfortable. Reception called us to check we were arriving in time as you cannot check in after 2130. Simple breakfast. For a quick overnight stay enroute to Alps or South it’s all you need.
