Very clean and friendly staff, rooms are just perfect. Good beds, quiet, everything felt soft.

My biggest frustration is that we payed too much for our room. The price indicated at the entrance was 40€ cheaper than the price of what I have booked. No refund was possible whatsoever (by the manager), all under false motives. The pool was cold, ok it was freezing outside, but the water should be warmer then, also outside of the pool it was freezing cold... This is not a relaxing spa. We couldn't use the pool after checkout anymore, didn't feel very welcoming. Hopefully next time will be better

It's a good hotel but for some the pictures are not according to the reality. The beds were very comfortable, nice breakfast and free parking which is also closed during the night. The area is calm and quiet and we were happy that they also accept pets.

We expected the wellness area to be bigger and also the pool. In reality there is very little space where both the gym and relaxation area are together, a few chairs and the pool was not very warm although it mentioned it is heated. We also didn't like that we didn't have normal coffee cups in the hotel room, but paper glasses, although we took the deluxe junior suite room.

Fabulous hotel. The entrance is very easy with a very spacious & very secure car park. EV charging is simple to use, & cheap (£0.30 pkkwh) , the reception on arrival was brilliant, the Guy was very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with amazing showers and facilities. Recommend the sauna & pool, micro gym also good. Well stocked bar with great Beers & good wine list, no dinner food but restaurants are literally 50 m away. Breakfast very very good selection. Absolutely fabulous we will be back as it is a perfect stay over location

Absolutely nothing - they could maybe do some snacks at the bar (maybe a cheese & meat plate or sharing a cold plate) p

Great location to stop en route to our holiday in the alps. This hotel has clean modern rooms, a lovely spa and beautiful bar. The breakfast is great and restaurant options for dinner within a few minutes walk. Secure car park was important for us. Friendly staff and excellent for families. We will come here again soon!

Breakfast is expensive if you don’t eat a big breakfast. No restaurant onsite but there are easy options next to the hotel and a great bar with snacks at the hotel.

Location on the outskirts of Reims is good for a stopover and there is a tram very close by if you want to travel into the city. Cleanliness and facilities were very good although we didn't use the pool or spa area. Breakfast selection was good and the bar does serve some light snacks even though the hotel doesn't have a restaurant as such. Rooms very luxurious and comfortable. Air-conditioning was heaven as we were there during a heatwave. Also good having lifts to all floors as some in our group have mobility challenges. There seemed to be a lot of car charging facilities in the car park which is good if you have an electric vehicle.

Our only concern was the lack of a secure bike store. Previous comments had suggested they had somewhere but when we asked we were told they had none so had to add extra locks on our roof rack and hope for the best with some very expensive e-bikes! There are bike stands in the car park as well but we would've preferred something more enclosed and secure.

Comfortable hotel with an indoor/outdoor pool, billiard table and children's corner - all were well appreciated by our family and made the stay very comfortable.

Towards the end of our stay, we discovered a hair extension piece under a sofa bed which caused concern: how clean were the rooms actually? One suggestion: there was a long table near the breakfast buffet that caused a bottleneck for people to pass by - it would perhaps be helpful to remove this table (it was not used for breakfast, rather decoration)

Well maintained, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff, and secure parking. Very comfortable bed. Nice Spa and swimming pool.

No room service when we arrived at 21:45 and kitchen closed, so not possible to eat anything. No mini bar in room, only empty fridge. No complementary water. Nespresso Coffee machine in room not emptied of old capsules. Headboard of bed was dusty. Having stayed at many other 4* hotels, we didn’t feel the hotel deserves a 4* Star rating, based on our expectations, and experience of typical 4* facilities.

Location was as expected. Easy to find, out of town with good car parking. Very spacious and clean room. There was a fridge and a coffee machine in the room. My sister in law enjoyed the spa and the pool. The bed was a little low, but with a fantastically comfortable mattress. Restaurant was well priced and the included breakfast good value. TV had BBC World news - which I found useful.

Hairdryer awkward to use. Never got the hang of how the lights worked - either all on or all off. Room was very warm.

Great hotel for a stopover to Alps. Very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out super convenient. Very comfortable beds and great shower. A little playroom next to the restaurant was very popular with families relaxing over dinner after a journey. Dinner was a delicious French style goulash. Great choice of drinks. This hotel is on par with some 5 star hotels.

I would like an a la carte option for breakfast but what was on offer was delicious.
