Very clean and friendly staff, rooms are just perfect. Good beds, quiet, everything felt soft.

My biggest frustration is that we payed too much for our room. The price indicated at the entrance was 40€ cheaper than the price of what I have booked. No refund was possible whatsoever (by the manager), all under false motives. The pool was cold, ok it was freezing outside, but the water should be warmer then, also outside of the pool it was freezing cold... This is not a relaxing spa. We couldn't use the pool after checkout anymore, didn't feel very welcoming. Hopefully next time will be better

Comfortable room.

Had to complain 3 times about a broken coffee machine. Breakfast staff rude when asked for an egg (uncooked). It was just over the serving time but we had been told the wrong time for breakfast. Despite this and the fact that all the breakfast was still laid out and we weren’t asking for anything to be cooked, the member of staff thought it best to argue and then try and drag us out to reception. It was such a minor request. Note that the next day there was a complete shortage of breakfast staff and every table was dirty and covered in crockery. We didn’t complain and tried to understand the situation but there was no evidence of this the other way round. Pool was cold.

The hotel is easy to find. There is a good size car park right outside, which doesn't have to be pre-booked and is free. The reception/bar area was very attractive. The room was larger than average, as was the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The shower was easy to use and the water pressure and temperature were good. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient.

The lights all seemed to be on the same circuit, which made turning certain lights on and off separately tricky. The hotel is out of town, and there is nowhere to eat nearby (the pizza restaurant has closed permanently, apparently) so you need a car to get into the city to have your evening meal.

The hotel in really easy to find as it is not far from the motorway. We loved the room and the bar area of the hotel. It was a little disappointing to find that the restaurants next to the hotel were all closed for a summer holiday - though this is not the fault of the hotel in any way. We had to drive off to find a restaurant as it was raining. Breakfast was very good - though a little on the pricey side. The parking area is safe and secure. Generally, this is a nice hotel in a convenient area. If it had a restaurant, it would be outstanding.

Price of the breakfast was a little steep.

Free parking and lots of it. Car Park is locked at night, so feels very safe. Room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is not far from motorway but very quiet at night, so perfect for stop over. Dogs are welcome. Opposite the hotel is a nice open space where the dog can have a quick run. There are restaurants right next door.

I didn't like that the only way from the rooms to the pool is past the reception and bar area - not so nice first thing in the morning in swimming gear and morning gown.... There also was green stuff looking like moss growing on the floor in the shower area of the pool. No pool towels available early in the morning. Matrasse felt dated and less comfortable than expected for this price. Dogs have to paid for extra but unfortunately there is nothing provided for them: no bowl, blanket or else.

It's a good hotel but for some the pictures are not according to the reality. The beds were very comfortable, nice breakfast and free parking which is also closed during the night. The area is calm and quiet and we were happy that they also accept pets.

We expected the wellness area to be bigger and also the pool. In reality there is very little space where both the gym and relaxation area are together, a few chairs and the pool was not very warm although it mentioned it is heated. We also didn't like that we didn't have normal coffee cups in the hotel room, but paper glasses, although we took the deluxe junior suite room.

Stunning, new hotel just off motorway, but very quiet. Large secure car park. Dogs allowed. Such a comfortable bed! Plush thick carpet in room. Spotlessly clean. Coffee maker in room. Fabulous en-suite and separate toilet. Lovely bar area that did bar snacks (we had the bar 'snack' curry as our evening meal- which was delicious and filling). Excellent buffet breakfast with big selection. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers outside. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

There is no restaurant for evening meals on site. But this was not a problem at all as the hotel offered bar 'snacks' (small meals), and there is a pizzeria and grill house etc a 3 minute walk away

This is a good class hotel - I would have felt good using this for a business trip. The room was large and well-appointed, with a good clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, we were directed to a local restaurant for dinner which was a short walk across the car park.

It was suggested that we use a local restaurant for dinner which was not very good. The staff weren't attentive and the food, while good, was lack-lustre. We ordered champagne which was served with a certain lack of interest. Perhaps the hotel staff should be raising the bar for their recommendations.

Fabulous hotel. The entrance is very easy with a very spacious & very secure car park. EV charging is simple to use, & cheap (£0.30 pkkwh) , the reception on arrival was brilliant, the Guy was very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with amazing showers and facilities. Recommend the sauna & pool, micro gym also good. Well stocked bar with great Beers & good wine list, no dinner food but restaurants are literally 50 m away. Breakfast very very good selection. Absolutely fabulous we will be back as it is a perfect stay over location

Absolutely nothing - they could maybe do some snacks at the bar (maybe a cheese & meat plate or sharing a cold plate) p

Location outside of Reims city centre was perfect for our needs. Getting to the hotel from the motorway was very convenient and travelling into the city to use the amenities was very easy for us with a car. We didn't use public transport so can't speak for that. Reims Village shopping district was very close and satisfied our needs for the onward journey. Staff were very polite and satisfied all our enquiries.

This hotel is marketed as a premium product; however, the price felt relatively high for an out-of-town hotel.
