Although this was like a student accommodation block, the room was perfectly adequate for our stopover. It was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was very good and all set out for us in the breakfast room in the morning. Great value for money accommodation. Finding the keys and parking was like being in an escape room experience, one clue leading to another :) but all went extremely well. It was also very quiet, not sure if that is just down to the time of year.

Location was a little further out of town than we had thought but managed to walk to a restaurant to get some food.

The underground carpark is tight turning into through the second electronic gate, and there is not enough lighting. Without warning about how tight the turning is, I crashed the front passenger side of my small SUV into the gate on turning right. Fortunately I only broke the metal and not the actual headlights. Still it is frustrating. The management needs to put up some notice to warn guests or improve the lighting in the entrance esp where the 2nd gate is - the frame of the gate makes the right turn very tight into the undergoing carpark.

Good-price quality ratio in my opinion. Room was very nice. Location ok in a sense that the wineries were close and also buses go quite frequently to the center (otherwise quite far from the center). Staff was nice when was able to see them (reception closed most of the time). Late checking was organized quite nicely. Enjoyed my stay in here.

Gym wasn't very good (only few equipment and most of them didn't work). Breakfast not included.

Not sure what to expect - a friend suggested trying staying there. Used it to break the journey up from Aime la Plagne to Calais/home. Usually do it in one jump. Friendly and helpful reception staff who helped me get my keys - I should have the welcome email better. Functional room, but secure parking for car with bikes, not far/long walk down to the old part of Reims, lovely hot showers and really comfortable beds. Woke up refreshed and ready to get home.

Excellent value for money. Clean room if a little basic, ok facilities, good secure parking (although an extra). Breakfast included, given the cost was excellent value.

There are no curtains, so we could not leave the window open once you were undressed if you wanted to cool the room down. There is an outside roller shutter that acts as blind but this stops air flow.

Room clean and fresh. Good breakfast. My booking had been for both breakfast and car parking but on arrival staff were unclear of this. Problem was resolved and all OK Found a great restaurant about 15 minutes walk away. Chevre Et Menthe 51100 Reims. Great food, superb service and quality wines not to mention the high class 'bubbles'

Good and easy to follow explanations at arrival how to get the key sinne it was unmanned when I arrived. The room a small student appartment which suited me well.

The internet didn't work from my room. After asking they replied that i could try the ssid from the next room, which worked fine.

The price was excellent! The reception was wonderful and the residence manager very kind. I'd like to be back but the language is my problem. By frequent flyer: Airfrance/KLM secured by Coverwise

The staff was wonderful. Thank you for your help with the kindess and early check-out because of the family emergency. I hope to return someday.
