Room is big, beds very comfortable, kitchenette equipped with everything we needed, bathroom new and very clean. Staff was nice, but some would benefit from some English lessons. Parking lot is very big, no problem finding spots. Lots of room for the dog to run around on the grass around the hotel. In general a very nice atmosphere, many families with kids, but still quiet and nice. There is a laundry room, very useful.

It is a little farther from downtown than I thought, but this is my misunderstanding. There is a bus (nr. 6) that goes straight to Reims Cathedral and Central Station and it came often enough.

We booked this hotel for one night, as we wanted to explore Reims city. The hotel sent me a message in the morning with all the information in case we are late, which was very nice. The hotel has a private parking with a lot of parking spaces. We came to the hotel around 5 pm and the receptionist was a lovely lady, she did not speak English, but we understood each other. She gave a room card key and we went to the third floor. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was large with everything you needed. Large windows and a nice view. There is one living room, with a kitchen corner, a dining table, one bedroom and a large bathroom. The table was ready with some napkins and tea cups. There was a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Everything was nice tidy, and clean. We had breakfast. It was ok. We were happy about our stay. I can recommend.

We paid the tourist tax. And the hotel could provide two room cards.

Unbeatable value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easily accessible from the highway. Fenced parking. Free room upgrade. Most comfortable beds! Kitchenette with kettle an more. Bus to the city center right outside the hotel. Supermarket close by.

Access to the building perimeter is only possible with a code – this wasn't clear upfront. Information came later via email. A bit noisy at night due to other residents going up and down (banging things?). Seemingly also longterm residents. Mostly men around. Wouldn't feel totally save as a female solo traveller but all was fine.

Our room was very spacious. We travelled with 2 golden retrievers and had an apartment overlooking the ground. Secure grounds with a large amount of grassed space outside where both of my dogs could run freely and safely. The room was comfortable with lounge area and separate bedroom. Bathroom was great. Good facilities. Small kitchen area if needed. Very clean. Good heating if needed. Breakfast good choice of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again when travelling through France.

Super modern, clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchenettes with everything you need. Seamless check-in and check-out, good breakfast. The apartment rooms with separate living/dining room were really well designed and spacious, great for young families.

Only thing that could have been improved was the lack of Aircon - we did know this when booking. However, the shutters on the windows were great for keeping the rooms relatively cool and there were fans if needed. We actually didn't need the fans and temperature was high 20s when we arrived, so not a problem for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Reims, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was stylishly decorated and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many of Reims' famous champagne houses and historical landmarks within short distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Reims.

Good value, excellent accomodations, very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Free parking on site. Heating system worked great and kept room cozy. Mechanical blinds keep room warm and block outside lights really well for a good night's sleep.

Safe didn't work, when we tried to set up our code the alarm went off!!! Staff said it was a complicated safe and gave us a key that didn't work. Far from history district, where it's very hard to find parking. TV channels are only in French, should have options in other languages (English, Spanish, etc.).

The property was clean and had what we needed in it. The kitchen area was good. Staff were friendly and helpful with our issue.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky when we moved. Our dishwasher was broken and smelt bad. We spoke to reception who got someone out to look at it. They came whilst we were out so when we came back the dishwasher was gone but they hadn’t replaced it. They had also left the water off so we had no hot water. There was no one there to fix it, so they let us have the use of another room.

Loved the gated free parking, pet friendly rooms, and location. The room size was great, and the mini kitchen was nice.

It’s the first place I’ve ever stayed where getting just a coffee at breakfast wasn’t free. There’s a Moka Pot in the room but it’s really not the most convenient coffee maker to use. Also, the water kettle in the room didn’t make sense when no tea or instant coffee was provided.

The apartments are well appointed with a lot of facilities, even a small dishwasher. There is ample and secure parking on the premises. There is a shopping centre nearby with a large supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The weather was hot, being able to fill our water bottles with chilled water for free was definitely welcome.

There were some broken items in the room such as the handle on the toilet door and the door covering the kitchen units dragged on the ground. I reported them so hope they are OK now.
